    This is a simple breathing meditation which helps you to experience a deep inner stillness. The meditation requires no ability to visualise or imagine, it just utilises your breath and guides you through a deep relaxation into a calm, uncluttered headspace. The meditation isn't attached to a religion and you don't prescribe to any particular belief system to enjoy and benefit from it.

      @@carolinemccready my husband is going through cancer treatment. He is 31 years old and underwent a lymphoidectomy for non hodgkin's lymphoma and is having radiotherapy. My worry and fear is out of control but your meditation helps me stay grounded and manage these feelings of fear. Thankyou so much for your help at such a difficult time. I will never forget this

      ​@@carolinemccready i am still doing this meditation every other day, 3 years after a nervous breakdown. It is pivotal to my mental wellbeing. I am healed so much now, years later. But I still get that euphoric, weightless feeling from this meditation that I don't think I will ever stop practising. I thankyou so much for the years of help during my mental crisis recovery, and the day to day peace this meditation still brings me even when I'm healed ❤

    Thanks Caroline, you have a peaceful and compassionate voice. I'm sending you in CD form to my 78 year old Mum who has been alone during the lockdown, grieving for the sudden loss of Dad. I'm trying to get her to ground/earth as well, to reconnect with the Earth's natural healing energy. Thanks for being part of the human healing solution !

    Nice! Good that there is enough space to experience the stillness fully. There are some stillness meditations where nearly constantly someone is giving you instructions. Counterproductive. But here it is a perfect balance, how I experience it. I also experience your voice as quite calming and the music is beautiful. Thank you.

    I thankfully stumbled upon this video while I was in a bit of stupor; I am currently doing esketamine therapy for my treatment resistant depression and I find it very helpful to have something to listen to that’s grounding due to its mild dissociative effects. The therapy can put me in a very delicate state and right then I just needed something grounding and peaceful because I had been having some bad and anxious trips. A lot of other meditation videos I find are either too forceful, abrasive or loud, etc.(sometimes it sounds like the person is trying to swallow their microphone) which is not a great atmosphere if you’re hypersensitive with depression doing ketamine therapy lol. So, I eventually landed on this one as I was reaching the peak of my trip, laid back, and prayed for a good experience. Needless to say, I haven’t felt this peaceful and whole in a long time. I want to thank this creator for making this perfect meditation video that honestly gave me a pivotal moment of peace and stillness in my crazy mental health journey. I loved the organic, laid back, listener-comfort-focused, gently-guided format-I haven’t found that it other videos. I listened, I breathed, and I was at complete peace with myself and the world. This creation coupled with my therapy genuinely allowed me to comfort myself for the first time in my life (I struggle with anxiety and paranoia). I am going save this for next time. I’m not sure if anyone will ever see or read this, but to the creator, I thank you, and to any readers-know there is always hope and peace out there for you

    Thank you Caroline, for everything that you do! I’ve been listening to all of your meditations for a few years now and it’s hard to choose a favorite. This one is so magical and the one that was always exactly what I was looking for. I share it with everyone I know whether new or experienced in meditation. They are so finely crafted on multiple layers and with such care and love throughout. Your lovely accent and the natural pacing of your words combined with the the music you create which is beautiful and deep and stirring. You calm and prepare everyone down to posture and support. Your skill at connecting the user to their breath as well as the absence of it and the holds is so effective for true focus, and there is both an ethereal maternal nature matched with an eternal depth. From start to finish the process is beautiful and transcendent. I am so grateful for everything you do, you have poured your heart and soul into helping others with your gifts. The entire concept is so lovely I wanted to do my best to put my feelings into words. This is spiritual art. It is deeply moving and you have touched many souls. The gratitude I have for your efforts to be able to tell you this also brings me joy, much as you have given me peace when I’ve truly needed it the most. Thank you.

    I don't usually sleep very well but this morning I think I was doing the breathing this way. I was so deep in I did not feel the sciatic pain in my side. It was so peaceful.

    Never meditated before I found In places I drifted into not sure what but just felt different in a good way ,these only lasted a few seconds but were definitely there.will do more hope to feel the same

    I love your videos. Very soothing and peaceful. I wondered if you do any without music. I love your voice and enjoy the content but I think I'm one of those meditators that like no music. It feeds my easily distracted mind. Many thanks though for your gift of relaxation. 👍
