Great video! Macau is so beautiful and the people are so friendly and the color of the city is just breathtaking. That hotel was so elegant and so full of history..thank you Flora for the tour..Great you had company to see the sights. It’s busy but it has a good vibe all around ,people are just happy in general. It’s changed since I was there in 2015 lots of more casinos…Saw the back of Saint Paul’s church too and like Note I was surprised nobody looked from that angle.. Hope you both have a Merry Christmas and looking forward to your next adventure!! Loved that cute store where Note didn’t share his food..Too funny…😃
What a beautiful/interesting looking room and view. This hotel is a must see (or stay) on to itself! Such nice building and architecture, I love seeing that because where I live is very limited. As far as I can see the food scene is a must, looks very tasty. Thank you for another beautiful vlog!
Flora and Note I'm so happy you both done a new in video in Macau. I'm black American, but I love Hong Kong food and culture. Hope you both do a Christmas episode as well Flora and Note.
What a great and interesting exploration in Macau/Ou Mun(Cantonese) ! It's always wonderflo to tag along with you both....love the snacks and food there. Great video and thanks for sharing, floraandnote.
I also just came back from Macau having visited my relatives residing there. I stayed nearby Guanye Street. Our older generations Malaysian Chinese who watched TVB's Jade Solid Gold regularly in the '90s may know your kind tour guide from the duo band Soler. 😂
Amazing video. You are such a great ambassador for Macau! I always visit HK, and to be honest when visiting HK; HK is always the main attraction. Macau for some reason is always on of those “side quest” that you always WANT to do, but seem to always talk your way OUT of going or something else comes up. Whether it be Shenzhen or Guangzhou, Macau always seems like the one losing out on most of my visits. I think the time crunch for most people (2 week holidays) seem to always put a place like Macau at a disadvantage. I’ve been to Macau 4-5 times in my life and they were always for day trips. We do the typical casino run, egg tart and beef jerky run, visit the cathedral… then it’s off to the boat to go back to HK for dinner. I think logistically, it’s tough for most to do. I’m glad Flora is able to show the micro details of small shops and eateries off the beaten path in Macau. My visits there were very similar to their early visits of hitting the casino and all the popular tourist spots squeezed into a 5-6 hour visit. Perhaps next time I’ll do the opposite, I’ll do more exploring and explore what Macau has to offer outside of the touristy spots. It’s videos like this that open up eyes to the typical Macau visitor that’s there more than what’s on the surface in Macau.
