    Hi Jason, Great video again!
    Did you notice the little misunderstanding in the video? at 2:55, on a 133 heading, ATC assigns a heading of 090. At 3:13 you repeat 190. Slowly, u turn southbound heading 190. at 4:13, atc tries to confirm if you are able to a heading of 090. After that you turn heading 090...
    Not to point out a mistake, but to adress the fact that a mistake due to multitasking is easily made. It also shows that flight following has a purpose.
    Love your channel!

    @qbw8834 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Main lesson here: dont go to those busy intls bravo airspaces or you will be kicked about everywhere before you are finally squezzed in short final to the numbers. B airspaces are mainly for the airliners and pvt jets... So yeah, stay in the other less stressfull airspaces. Nice video though...

    • @MzeroAFlightTraining
      @MzeroAFlightTraining  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello!
      From experience, this is very true. ATC has to work very hard to fit slower aircraft into their sequence. It's great experience to go into a class B to test your skills on the radios and situational awareness. You'll pay way less in ramp fees and have a lot less stress if they are just avoided.
      Thanks for the comment!

    Question about the TruTrak (since I am looking to install one shortly)! It looks like you are using it to fly ATC assigned headings. As I understand it, the TT will fly tracks but not headings and maybe without much wind it isn’t a factor. Have there been any issues with flying tracks vs. headings?

    Excellent video. Could you by chance do a video briefing the Orlando VFR sectional? I was following along in ForeFlight and am pretty blown away with all the different air spaces.
    It looks like as you approach Orlando it starts with class C, then moves into class B. Inside the class B I see regular class E, class E to the Surface. Kissimmee has class D. I'm guessing the higher air space trumps the lower class? So if you are in a class B within a class E, you would abide by the class B? What if you enter from the south into the Class C, but want to go to Kissimmee? I would think you would contact Orlando for the Class B, but when do you change over and call Kissimmee to establish radio contact? Do you ask the class B permission first?

      In the video he has eyes outside quite a lot. As anyone should. Seems like he’s only heads down when he needs to be.
      He flew very similar to how we do in the 121 world. If you’re IFR in VMC you’re still responsible for see and avoid, even in an airline jet. He’s got ForeFlight with traffic, with ATC, pretty good visual scanning. Highly professional and capable.
      Granted having another crew member on board is always a great idea but not always needed when you’re buzzing around in a little GA airplane. I’d feel cool as a cucumber sitting in the backseat of his plane. 🤷🏻‍♂️
