I went to college as an adult after leaving my cult religion and deciding it was ok to be educated and I cannot express how much I loved every single minute of college. Go. To. College. Real college. It doesn’t have to be the most expensive but being educated is priceless. Yes I’m aware that is a bit cheesy but I hate how conservatives distort education.

I'm guessing her professor actually said rats don't get to socialize because they're in cages. One of my jobs in college was to socialize the rats by taking them out to play in pairs in a special play area every day.

One time in Brooklyn I saw a rat with his foot somehow wedged between some plywood/boards by some garbage cans behind a fence, and his friend was there comforting him with a little paw on his back, wimpering and looking around the boards for how to get him free. I was able to move the plywood and get him out, and his friend stayed with him and never ran away even though I probably seemed pretty scary leaning over top of them, and they were both shaking. Just always stuck with me how caring and kind that rat was. More kind and caring than me most days!

My dad is exactly like this and unsurprisingly, a huge Peterson fan. It has literally destroyed our family. My siblings will not speak to him or visit him. My mom has lost entire friend groups because of his behavior and has basically said she wishes she had divorced him 20 years ago when they weren't both in their sixties. I mean if people want to get a Masters in Theology, good for them and probably would get it at an institution like that. As for this particular university, I’m pretty sure they are recognized especially as one of the oldest universities in BC… I’m just not sure if they have maintained standards for accreditation in licensed professions (education, law, psychology) over the years as I haven’t bothered.

I'm very glad to see that Peterson has at last run out of road.
