Hey usually watch your channel for technology updates. Recently I have decided to upgrade ram of (8GBx1slot) to (8GB + 16GB) on Dell inspiron 5379 laptop. will that support this configuration or do I need to upgrade that to 16Gbx2slot. Need your suggestion...Thanks
I'm very interested in this I did a bit of research and it says increasing the ram helps the computer communicate with other components increasing efficiency if this is true would this fit a dell 13 i5 x64 reason unmasking is I'm rralcong the battery and I noted the slot was empty I wouldnt mind adding this i just want to get the right component thanks for your feedback.
hello , i have a Dell Inspiron 13 5378 signature edition and i was wondering if the ram is upgradeable and if so could you please give me a link to a 8gb ram that i can use for my model(currently i have 8gb ram and i want to add 8gb ram).
Please what will the model for the extra 4 gb ram ddr4 is there any specifications for it or any 4 gb ram will do the needful. Please advise as i have the same model and need to upgrade
1 question here...please reply. I've dell 5378, with 8GB ram in it. Can i add an additional 16GB RAM in another slot and make it a total of 24 GB machine, does that work ?
Only if it currently only has one DIMM slot occupied. In more detail, if it is currently 2x4GB then no. If it is currently 1x8GB then yes. However it is advisable to have both cards the same capacity and speed so I'd open it up and check the speed and how many slots it occupies.
@@yukisuter I already had 4gb ram and one slot empty. Can I keep the original one (4GB) and add an empty slot with 8 gb = 12gb? or do i need to add 8+8?

Should work fine - not ideal for integrated graphics performance (where I prefer a matched pair of memory modules) but for most uses isn't an issue.
I have already have 8gb ram and one slot empty(same laptop). Can I make it 8 + 16 = 24gb?
Is there any nvme slot??
I have to add ssd but want to keep hdd also.
Is it possible??

Can you remove the original ram and replace it with two new 4gb or 8gb ram? Or you have to keep the pre installed module?
You can replace the original module.

Hi - is it possible to upgrade the actual processor / chip?

Is it the same for Inspiron 13 5391? I mean, does it also have an extra memory slot?
yeah any laptops of these days have two
but make sure you buy the right ddr combination
What is the maximum ram you can install, I have one 8GB in one slot, I want to add 16GB is the second slot.
I believe 16GB DDR4-2400 modules should work in them: amzn.to/36wDy8t
Brue Computing will installing 2 work?
does i3 have 2 slots?
Yes.
What ram name
wild
thanks
