I made the salad today and am currently eating it and let me just say….WOW! I added some strawberries with the mango’s and it just topped it off. Delicious! I will definitely be putting this in my rotation regularly. So good!

Also, can you show us how to make a low carb pizza. I made one with ground chicken, with seasoning, cheese, and a egg. It was good. I love pepperoni and sausage, and mushrooms. Yum . You might not drink a lot of water with your meals as it waters down the acid in your stomach. And your food can't be digested as well as it should be. I didn't learn this until I was in my 80's, so don't feel bad. I learned it from a lady named "Barbara O'Neill ' on TH-cam, listen to her if you want more information on this.
That salad looks amazing. I love salad and eat it almost everyday. Did you know that you can use the stems from the cilantro in your salad? I dice them up real small and put it in the salad. It gives so much flavor and theres so many benefits to eating the stems. I always see everyone throw them away and I’m yelling at my iPad saying.. NO!! Don’t throw them away, eat them haha! Love your videos and would have never guessed that you had skin issues, you always look so pretty!

Have you ever purchased pasture raised eggs? They're much better for you than just the cage-free eggs they roll around and eat grass and have much higher omega threes and other nutrients
If I'm being honest, those aren't my style. Many of the ones I've seen use clickbait thumbnails just to get views and capitalize off larger channels for better SEO. Plus, they always seem to lean more negative in their critiques. If I'm going to critique someone's diet, it would be if I'm working with them one-on-one, not calling them out on a public platform. There's no one-size-fits-all to healthy eating, IMO. What works for one may not work for another, so before I judge a person's eating style, I like to know their health background, food sensitivities and/or allergies (if any), digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, etc. and it's difficult to know that from one What I Eat in a Day video. So, I prefer to use my channel to share my take on healthy living plus offer inspiration and guidance. Those videos just rub me the wrong way sometimes... maybe I've been watching the wrong channels.. Lol!! Sorry for my little rant 🤣

Thank you Kayla!!! For the juice, do you put everything in the juicer with the skin on? I ordered everything to make the juice and then realized I wasn't sure! I have to use my Vitamix and strain since I don't currently have a juicer.
Yw! Yes, my juicer is super high powered with a large chute so I just rinse everything and if it’ll fit through the chute, I add the skin and all bc there are nutrients in the skin too. For blending, I would remove the tougher skins (such as lemons) but keep the skin on for the apples, cucumbers, etc. Add water to the blender, blend until super smooth, then strain the liquid with a nut milk bag, fine mesh strainer, or triple layer a cheesecloth. ☺️

What would you recommended for a healthy fat other than avocado? Also, could you make the juice in a regular blender? Thanks for all your videos they are awesome and you are going to make a beautiful bride :)
Tysm 🥰 You can sub the avocado with any other healthy fat. For the dinner, you could sub the avocado with something like olives or hummus. For the breakfast, you could sub it for raw nuts or seeds, high quality cheese (if you’re not sensitive), coconut milk yogurt, or even a healthy granola (grain free granolas are full of healthy fats). Hope this helps!

Hey, Kayla. I had chickenpox scars over my eyebrows since I was a toddler and I got them to go almost completely away in my thirties by taking homeopathic silica. IDK if that can help with acne scars and of course, homeopathy is very individualized, but maybe you want to research it? Thanks for sharing so much great info! It did take me quite a while to make the scars go away. Maybe two years or so? I was really treating something else and the skin benefits were secondary.
For the breakfast and dinner, you can sub the avocado for any healthy fat. Some ideas for breakfast would be a serving of raw nuts or seeds or even a small side of chia pudding. You can even sub it out for fresh fruit since you’ll still be getting healthy fats from the egg yolks. For dinner, a good sub would be olives, hummus, pistachios, etc. You can even sub it with puréed butternut squash or mashed sweet potatoes if you wanna add some carbs ☺️

Yw! Yes, my juicer is super high powered with a large chute so I just rinse everything and if it’ll fit through the chute, I add the skin and all bc there are nutrients in the skin too. For blending, I would remove the tougher skins (such as lemons) but keep the skin on for the apples, cucumbers, etc. Add water to the blender, blend until super smooth, then strain the liquid with a nut milk bag, fine mesh strainer, or triple layer a cheesecloth. ☺️

Tysm 🥰 You can sub the avocado with any other healthy fat. For the dinner, you could sub the avocado with something like olives or hummus. For the breakfast, you could sub it for raw nuts or seeds, high quality cheese (if you’re not sensitive), coconut milk yogurt, or even a healthy granola (grain free granolas are full of healthy fats). I used the Hyland’s as well! I take Bioplasma daily now; it contains all the cell salts.
It did take me quite a while to make the scars go away. Maybe two years or so? I was really treating something else and the skin benefits were secondary.

For the breakfast and dinner, you can sub the avocado for any healthy fat. Some ideas for breakfast would be a serving of raw nuts or seeds or even a small side of chia pudding. You can even sub it out for fresh fruit since you’ll still be getting healthy fats from the egg yolks. For dinner, a good sub would be olives, hummus, pistachios, etc. You can even sub it with puréed butternut squash or mashed sweet potatoes if you wanna add some carbs ☺️
