Thanks I have a much better idea of what to do now to tackle my crown. Need that line board light for sure I kept tapping and tapping and felt like I was going no where lol
I don’t know what’s with me but lately every time I glue pull sometimes I get highs like this and I’ll start tapping down but it’s not moving then I increase in power and it’s like I separated it into 2 high spots with a lower centre or I get micro lows, by that point I’m screwed I got to over pull again and it turns into a mess. Am I just no patient enough.
tap down the crowning for the metal to move. then pull. start knocking with your knuckle around the dent area and you will hear that solid metal (thats where you tap a bit) then start pulling. its knock, tap pull, recheck, tap/pull etc... p.s while this looks nice you dont really need it. :)
Good video. I didnt notice you heating up the metal. Do you heat up the metal when doing a tap down?
That was an excellent video. One of the few that explains the process properly . Keep making more please .

It's amazing how tapping it with those little bars is enough to put the highs down I though you would need a big hammer to slam on them
this was helpful saved me £700
Couldn't see how muck all tips cost or the r4 separate
what is the name of the tool
Best explanation than other vids. Thanks 👍
