Tried the capo. Loved the clean preamp and the logic behind the signal chain. Having two loops, being able to reorder both sides, well thought ! The hype is real buuuut. The saturation is kind of sterile...not « amp like ». It works well to fatten the tone, but I personally did not like the gain stage after 12 o'clock. Just be aware of that before buying. Otherwise great unit ! Playing pop-rock stuff direct with IEM's with the LPF engaged sounded great !
Yes, it is DEFINITELY not trying to sound like an amp. That's actually what I prefer about it. But if you want a cab sim... this ain't it! Sorry I missed your comment, friend! I hope you stick around the channel.
Blend is the clean unprocessed bass signal, NOT the mix between the both sides as stated at 6:00 (A and B are serial, not parallel!). all written in the manual!
I think so! It doesn’t feel as complex as something like the noble, but the saturation of the CAPO is overwhelmingly smooth. It reacts to how you play but it doesn’t go from zero saturation to a roar just by playing harder.
I’ve been really curious about this pedal for awhile now. I live in America and the only thing stopping me from buying one is not knowing if I have to pay for import fees at delivery or if that is payed for in the original shipping fee. Any fellow Americans here that can inform me on their experience buying one?
Thanks for your comment! We choose to leave the bass guitar as natural as possible in our videos. Because of that, when we “master” the video we don’t add compression to the bass clips so that you hear them the most accurate way possible. We would have to add lots of compression/eq to make the bass appear as loud as our voices. I think you’d be more happy with the mix if you listed on headphones or nice speakers.
Best bass purchase I've made in years.
Got mine in the US about 5 days after ordering.
Sick! They're finally able to crank these out I think!
Love these videos. Truest form of a review, just two homies speaking truth.
😎😎😎 thanks for the love
A great tool! I use the A side for clean(ish), B for light overdrive
Me too! -Carson
This is the second video I've seen in as many days about this Pedal and my GAS is flaring up
Honestly… Nick and I went out and both bought one after we reviewed this.
I love mine. I wish they'd make a slightly smaller version without all the i/o for my fly-date board.
Cool idea! Honestly I’m pretty keen on the size already, it’s smaller than my Noble which I currently use for flying. -Carson
I’ve flown with both and I’ve become such a baby that I want everything to be as light as possible if I’m flying.
Love my Capo. It is truly a great pedal. I'm gonna start experimenting with the loop capabilities it has.
Nice!

You're right! I don't think I misspoke, but I didn't indicate I was talking about two separate drive channels. Thanks for the comment!

Cool!
Does if feel good and react with your playing hard and soft?

I remember it not being very expensive
Hey sorry this reply is late, I ordered mine directly from Jad Freer on reverb and did not have to pay import fees because the price is under $800
@@CandCHcombat oh awesome! Thank u so much!
the bass is super quiet in relation to the talking

Why zoom in on your faces at seemingly random moments 😅 zoom in on the PEDAL!
Ha. IT'S ART.
@@bassedthechannel sure it is buddy
Why didn't you expect to enjoy this pedal?
Because there are so many quality bass preamps out there. There’s too many! But this one is truly uniquely awesome.
