- This time, I stew pork using red wine and Madeira wine to make ragout sauce and make it into pasta.

マデラワインは大瓶を買っていますが、足りないときは赤ワインにハチミツを入れてマデラワインと同じ甘さに調節して代用するとうまくゆきます。

トマトを加えたラグーは一晩寝かせるとグッと美味しくなりますよね。トマトの酸味がコクに変わる気がします。久しぶりにボロネーゼ作ろうっと。ボロネーゼが余ればラザーニャを作ってしまう私。ピザに使っても美味しいボロネーゼ。
ずっと気になっていたマデイラワイン🍷を注文しました。
アルコール弱くてお酒は飲めないのですが、ワインだけは大さじ2杯くらいなら大丈夫（笑）なので時々舐めてます😅

玉ねぎをみじん切りしている際に使用している包丁が欲しいです。グレステンに同じような物がありとても使いやすかったので、もう少し長いものが欲しくなりました。商品名を教えて頂けると、助かります。
肉を赤ワインで煮込むと、どうしてもアルコールっぽさを感じてしまって、それをカバーするために色々いれて思ってない味になってました。それこそ食べ疲れ。
先にアルコールを沸騰させてから入れるというのは、勉強になりました。ありがとうございます😊
