I just Loove the concept of veganizing food! I mean, I can literally show to non vegan people that I can have the pleasure of eating something that remember the taste of the food I used to eat. The plate thing is definitely a good idea for me because i like to graze and just snack on bits of different things so im so frickin excited for this

I like something similar to this but i never eat raw broccoli/cauliflower because they taste nicer when they are cooked. My dip is hummus, for protein i add vegan chicken/smoked tofu and veg is carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pepper.
These look awesome! I like to use parchment paper when I air fry stuff. It's easier to clean and stuff doesn't stick! Excited to try these!♡♡♡

Ive used Textured Soya Protein strips when cooking any beef like stuff. they are cheap and when uncooked last for ever. Anyway i love TVP in any form :)

What i remember from cottage cheese is that my mom used it as a base and she seasoned it herself with things like garlic, herbs and spices... she made a delicious salad from carrots and cottage cheese but always with at least some fresh garlic, herbs and salt and pepper.

I love mustard but everything but the bagel seasoning and cottage cheese is so much better!
Try just a little blanching on the cauliflower and broccoli . Still plenty of crunch but it really takes that edgy taste off it
I’ve been going through so much. I am having to stop a lot of different foods. Ppl look at me funny how picky I had to become. I understand as well making changes due to health.
