Would love to hear more about what it’s like to own a business, especially a niche restaurant like yours. Would be so excited to come and try it one day! Love your videos thanks rose!
You and Pick Up Limes are my saviors. I have a very bad relationship with food, but whenever I make anything from either of you, it is a win, and it inspires me to keep trying and keep eating better.
have you considered adding a "metric" thing for people who don't use cups on your website? i never know how much to use. it would be a really helpful tool. thank you for the video
@rellyperrone6593 this is a lot of unnecessary work for lots of ppl and if she does it she can be more successful and show her audience she cares and isn't not just interested in the cups-world. Her choice
@@jdmmg4904exactly, thank you. it's not that "i can't do it", it's a lot of work for a lot of people and often i just end up not making it because i'm tired after a long day and don't want to do the extra steps. it's an easy tool to implement on her website, it shouldn't take much time and it's useful. i feel like i'm not asking for *that* much and it was just a suggestion to make it more accessable for everybody. thank you
Youre making me realize i might be to afraid of leftovers like your coffee and your takeaway and meal prep. Im always meticulous about how long somethings been sitting out etc.
You are freaking amazing! I've been trying to figure out how to get 100 grams of plant protein in a day since I weight lift. I'm not vegan yet but trying to eat more and more plant based.
Another awesome what beautiful & gorgeous Rose ate in a week with high protein recipes (thanks for debunking the myth that you don't get protein on a vegan plant based diet). Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Rose.
I love your puppy!! All your meals look delicious. I make a similar breakfast sandwich using the Gardein sausage patties. I love the idea of the tofu with it. Might have to try that one. :)
Dang girl you must have a high metabolism. I generally eat a large raw veggie salad with some nuts and rice vinegar for lunch and a small veggie dinner. On occasion I’ll eat some fruit for breakfast . Your food looks delicious. Wish I could eat that much.
What was the brand of high protein noodles you used Saturday. It sounds like you said "Diet" , Ive listend 3 times but cannot find any such noodle online, unless it is the "DietCooker" soy noodle but it has egg white powder in it, so I am guessing you would not have used that one. Great video. BTW, research shows if you are older, especially postmenopausal vegan woman doing resistance training you need more like 40 grams of protein at breakfast to reach the leucine threshold to activate mTOR and build muscle after an overnight fast. Refer to the work of Donald Layman Ph.D. who has spent his lifetime researching protein metabolism. The geriatrician Gabrielle Lyon MD on her channel just interviewed him. P.S. he does eat meat, so be aware of that. Vegans can still get the protein they need just must be intentional about it like you are here in this week of meals. I'm 62 and have been lifting weights for 3 years and not until I added more protein (powders, seitan, lupini ) that I saw actual body recomposition and muscle gain. I went from about 75 grams of protein to 120 grams per day.

Yeah and all excess protein is stored by your body in fat and your kidneys try to get rid of it but can't. So they get fatty. And that ruins your entire body.
If you're going to restrict yourself that much invest in protein powder. If you have the calorie budget just eat lentils and other beans and lentil pasta
(I believe) the yogurt she uses is the plain oat based vegan yogurt from Rivera. Maybe it’s different though b/c she says vegan Greek yogurt and I don’t see it saying Greek yogurt on my package. Per 3/4 cup is 5g protein. Her bowl looked like a lot so I’m assuming was 10-15g protein just from the yogurt itself before adding protein powder. If she’s using protein powder that’s generally 20g or more for a full scoop, and then chia seeds would add more protein too.
Seems that 100G daily is quite high for a woman? Maybe like double what's necessary and healthy. I include protein in all my meals, replaced oil with healthy fats, and have been losing weight. I'm concerned that the protein is being overdone lately.

It depends on your activity level. She said she works out so that probably why she’s eating 100g. When you’re trying to gain muscle you need more than the RDA
For people who are in the gym a lot or so weight training, they need to increase their protein to sustain their muscle mass. Otherwise, the number going down on the scale isn't just fat loss
I do that with tea. The day I make it I put the leftover tea in a sealed jar. I steep a lot of blended loose teas. The next day I eithet drink room temp or reheat. Maybe that's not something people do with coffee??
Eating twice the protein you need. Extra protein get converted to sugar or fat (or excreted in the urine putting extra strain on the kidneys - you should be able to smell it if this happens)
Hi, there. Do you have a recommended calculation to use for finding out how much protein you need? I have heard 1/2 my pound weight in grams, but I am sure Rose is nowhere near 200 pounds!
@@BeccaB529it's different for everyone and heavily relies on how much you want to build muscle. You don't need that much protein to stay fit and healthy

At 9:42 into the video what is the mix you put on the muffin Please, I am looking for it on your site. So excited to try these recipes.
It might be the "White Bean Filling" from the "Rainbow Wrap" recipe
More like this please!
I used to watch your video, kinda nostalgic to see you again
So glad you called that English muffin bean thing a SNACK instead of a meal.
Love in a week videos and especially high protein ❤
You also need amino acids. Extra aminos, cause tofu have some and some other food has aminos but when you work out you need more
All the protein! ❤
Love the idea of adding noodles to regular pasta, cause yes, just zoodles is too boring for me 😂

Nearly 800k!
It looked like you were trying to make a mug cake, which doesn't really work when it's in a bowl. You need the sides of the mug to conduct the heat.
Are you dumb?
I also trust my coffee or tea from the day before. Lol
The amount of protein you can utilize from one meal has actually been debunked! Have as much as you want in a single sitting ☺️
It has not been debunked yet.
Yeah and all excess protein is stored by your body in fat and your kidneys try to get rid of it but can't. So they get fatty. And that ruins your entire body.

What happened to Nori?
did she give them to her parents like the dog before that?
I am curious about the breakdown of your protein count on your overnight oats. Not sure how you can get 33 grams of protein from that.

Why do you want to consume so much protein? Dr. Fuhrman, Dr. Greger, Dr. McDougall, etc. etc. all say a lower protein diet is best. - Just curious.
