Man I got one of these a few days ago and your videos have helped me SO much, thank you! Your instructions are so so clear and easy to follow along with, I would be lost on this thing without your help.
Thank you Son Wu. My KO2 arrived today, no issues, all good no fader or speaker gate👌 Subscribed and will be watching yours mostly to learn. Also i have a PO factory and PO33 plus a Roland Aria S1. Lots of work to be done but will enjoy it.😊👋🏴

Your vids are truly great bro. One question. Say I'm unsure how long I want the length of bars to be so I select like ln.25. But then I only use 4 bars. Is there a way to shorten it after inputting the sounds?
How you found a away to copy a bar multiple times? Say you have 1 bar with drums, but now you want to extend it to 4 bars across. Instead of copying one at a time, can it copy/paste all of them at once in each bar spot? 🤔
Sun Zu Wu is your name now going to war with these PocketOperators… lol man I’ve been needing a video for these tips but nobody has them. Thanks a million bro this series is the fucking best🦾
Any way to copy a 4 or 8 bar pattern and paste it at the end of another 4 or 8 bar pattern? This would be a great and easy way to make a full song with 99 bars available.
@ sweet! If I have a 8 bar pattern on A1, and on A2, how can I copy A1 and paste it at the end of A2, combining them for a single 16 bar pattern. Is this possible? Thanks!
Question..If I had just pressed copy once instead of twice after adding the second bar would it have just copied one bar of the pattern? What if it was a 3 bar pattern? Do I still just press it twice to copy everything?
@@talkinghandsnachhilfe No that's why you just copy & paste a bar and then delete the pads you don't want. You can delete multiple at once by holding down as many pads as you want to delete. Way faster workflow than copying each pad.
So I have noticed...if you record in a sample, and chop it up the KO II wont let you delete a single chop/sample. It deletes all the chops/samples. Am I correct on this?
🔥my new sample pack "DOJO DRUMS vol.1" is now available here 🔥

My pleasure! Sounds like you got a great setup there. Just the KO2 & S1 together can do a lot!
Enjoy :)
Thanks for another great tutorial. The copy group samples to another project was an especially useful tip.
Thanks, glad it was helpful!
Thank you for this video- super helpful!

Hey great video, when you are in keys mode can you delete individual pads in real time or do you have to go back and delete the root pad?
The keys mode is linked to you root pad…that means there are no separate edits (or deleting) of certain notes.
Your vids are truly great bro. One question. Say I'm unsure how long I want the length of bars to be so I select like ln.25. But then I only use 4 bars. Is there a way to shorten it after inputting the sounds?
Thank you! Yes, there is…just press record afterwards and then change the length using -/+…and then record again, or play.

I don't think that's possible…gotta paste multiple times I think.
Shift + rec + plus
Sehr gutes video.

Press REC, then press SHIFT & + to duplicate your pattern ✌️

hey man. Is it possible to copy a single track. So transferring a pad that has already been recorded to another. Just the notes?
Not as far as I know…
Question..If I had just pressed copy once instead of twice after adding the second bar would it have just copied one bar of the pattern? What if it was a 3 bar pattern? Do I still just press it twice to copy everything?
copy once = bar // copy twice = pattern (no matter how many bars)
How do you copy tracks?
Like I want to use the notes of pad 1 on pad 2 without recording again.
Shift + C once for the bar, Shift + C twice for the whole pattern.
That doesn't work for single pads, doesn't it?
@@talkinghandsnachhilfe No that's why you just copy & paste a bar and then delete the pads you don't want. You can delete multiple at once by holding down as many pads as you want to delete. Way faster workflow than copying each pad.
@@suninmyeyesyes nevertheless it would be awesome to copy a kick track to a open hat..
Ey! Your instrumental sounds like Pete Rock & CL Smooth... The Main Ingredient ^_^
What I nice compliment…I always played NBA street vol.2 which had some of his instrumentals ;)
What a beautiful watch is that?
TIMEX COMMAND URBAN…they really gotta sponsor me by now 😂
hi i reset factory my devic and all sound and sample of itself has gone and deleted how can i turn back them?
sorry, but probably not possible.
So I have noticed...if you record in a sample, and chop it up the KO II wont let you delete a single chop/sample. It deletes all the chops/samples. Am I correct on this?
Delete + Sound will always delete the recorded SAMPLE…so that means every pad that was using this sample will now be empty.
Thank you sir!
I experienced this as well. To free up the pad, I just copied an empty pad and pasted over that pad with the chop I no longer wanted.
Hey can you copy a whole project?
great!
🙏
