It's really a matter of personal preference but I personally think an Eb would be more fitting mainly because of my first point.

Easy explanation for the usage of flats and sharps: Scales are made of consecutive notes so : C minor for example could never have D# or G# cause then the scale would repeat notes like : C, D, D#, F, G, G#,B, C (or Bb if its the minor natural scale) you see it lacks an A and an E With flats that doesnt happen : C,D,Eb,F,G,Ab,B,C Respecting the consecutive note rule. Please honestly just don't trust videos online that tell you that you can take shortcuts towards a goal, just please actually learn it if you want the skill for it... It is so annoying seeing either scripted public piano playing videos or some tutorials that give you results that seem like they help you alot at first but if anyone asks you if you know music theory or if you can play LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE, you're left speechless. Because you still have zero knowledge about pedal usages, key voicing, detailing your playing, techniques, finger choice, volume control and much more, all you know about is hit this key for epik sound ooga booga lol.
