Is the Ethernet port on your wall connected to the router? Try plugging in different Ethernet cables into the router until the PS5 works.

I have a netgear nighthawk ac2600 so i got a cat 6 lan cable and plugged it in the back of my Ps5 to my router, we pay for 300 mbps/12mbps upload. I did a connection test/ speed test and it was around 270 mbps is it down a little because im uploading gameplay videos to my youtube channel through the ps5?

With internet companies you don’t always get what you pay for. Even though you’re paying for 300/12 you might be getting a lower internet connection and that Ethernet could just be boosting it close to what you were trying to pay for.
