Great vid Dirty. One small caveat: remember, Entacapone is only effective in the peripheral circulation, it can't cross the CNS. Tolcapone however can be used to inhibit COMT in the peripheral circulation as well as the CNS.

I had the same comment plus an easy way I remember - tolcapone works in total (everywhere), while entacapone works only in the enteric[ally-dominated] peripheral circulation. The capone aspect with the crimes mnemonic is spot on

    Awesome!
Small correction though, The only 3-MT inhibitor that works in the brain is Tolcapone.
Both Entacapone and Tolcapone work in the perifery.
    Keep up the great work!

What if the blood brain barrier was partly destroyed due to injury or over hypersensitivity reaction of the immune system by autoimmune disease, whats you gonna do coz everything will be mixed up if that happens, thats why to regenerate cells and regenerate blood brain barrier quick is one of the best treatment.

The Mechanism as basis for Parkinsons drugs to treat that disease, then why over obsessive with able to predict the course of the Parkinsons disease when various changes occurs in a persons lifetime and existence. Things were attempted to be designed to be rigged but in reality things changed in the human body as the person exposes himself to various factors such as the food that person eats, the age factor, the environment that person mingled, the occurrences within the body like the Genes, the chemical factor etcetera so being rigged in a state was like the behaviors only, the way they react only, the programs only or the systems a particular environment being indulged only, the best method is to deal with the predictable and the unpredictable factors.

If genetic mutation branches forward with having new diseases as the new treatments tried to sync and addressed with new treatments thats gonna be almost endless counteract this counteract that oops theres new disease lets make a treatment for that, hows the money doing that, but as things were polarized in the microthings and macrothings if theres forward negative coupled with positive treatment then there could be reversals such as reversals of genetic mutation.
