Narcs are obsessed with their supply,They don't love you. They only need your narc supply to survive, So once they stop receiving the supply, they will do their best to hook you in again.. But If you constantly remain in no contact with them, they will leave you.. And finally you will be happy and kind to yourself, with full control of yourself over your life.

I am a Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist. It's so evident that whatever she said is purely out of her expertise and years of experience. Very accurate and authentic. I am delighted to fall into that 5% of population because I am the one mostly ending up hurt cuz of being gentle, kind and polite. I know how it feels to be around toxic people so I have promised myself that I shall never be a reason for someone else's sadness. Thank you for this beneficial video. God bless ❤

    1) Check whether they are repentant, repentance is the Key. Toxic people are arrogant, non- repentant and dont want to make the first move.
    2) Identify them. That is most important. For the first few months observe, keep smiling. Don't be an open book.
    3) Mind management. Dont keep thinking why they behaved in the way they did. Focus on your work, your many priorities. Very important to be happy.
    4) Give time to yourself..Have pleasant hobbies.

Hi Doctor. Thanks for these great tips and advice. Much appreciated. Don't know how the video referred me here. But I'm thankful. Not an Indian origin, but I got this same experience with an Indian friend, which really hurt. The same thing as you explained happened, and now he's ignoring and replies in a blunt way. Unfortunately for the trust that the person gave to me, I opened too much which I'm regretting but as you said, yes now I'm in the healing journey as I can't show any arrogance to the party.

All we need is just good company, be nice to each other. Once you vibe with the right person, take it to the next level. Touch is very important to connect with people. A pat on the back, a hug or a simple "How are you, did you eat?" For the last hundreds of years, people have forgotten all this & all they dream of is just materialistic things. If you take a step forward and express your niceness genuinely, others think that you are weak. Seriously fed up of all this but such is life. At least we all die alone anyways so no point in socializing when you are alive.

I felt what you said is absolutely true mam. Your Mantra is really the need of the hour. All Indians are brothers and sisters. We should respect and help each other, but at the same time we need to be maintaining decorum and limits of depth in any relation except that of parent-child relation.
That's why our elders say: Matra Devo Bhava, Pitru Devo Bhava, Acharya Devo Bhava, and then God. Only these 4 entities are our true well-wishers. Jai Hind mam

I identified my mother as a toxic person. Her words are always negative. I am not able to work from home. Whenever I left home for work, I used to be happy and more active at work. She always find a victim to curse on daily basis. She always find a way to fight with me or my younger brother on daily basis. It feels like torturing us mentally. She always make sure the tasks that we do daily must be executed according to her rule book. After death of my father, most of our relatives stopped to keep in touch with our family. I am not able to handle the situation mentally

But then it takes some time to realise ,and then you take action..like Mam said .
Because ultimately you aredraining your mental and physical energy thinking about these people .
The utmost important thing is to take care of yourself and learn how to behave with an alert mind and be aware...with these kind of people .
