Narcs are obsessed with their supply,They don't love you. They only need your narc supply to survive, So once they stop receiving the supply, they will do their best to hook you in again.. But If you constantly remain in no contact with them, they will leave you.. And finally you will be happy and kind to yourself, with full control of yourself over your life.

I am a Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist. It's so evident that whatever she said is purely out of her expertise and years of experience. Very accurate and authentic. I am delighted to fall into that 5% of population because I am the one mostly ending up hurt cuz of being gentle, kind and polite. I know how it feels to be around toxic people so I have promised myself that I shall never be a reason for someone else's sadness. Thank you for this beneficial video. God bless ❤

    1) Check whether they are repentant, repentance is the Key. Toxic people are arrogant, non- repentant and dont want to make the first move.
    2) Identify them. That is most important. For the first few months observe, keep smiling. Don't be an open book.
    3) Mind management. Dont keep thinking why they behaved in the way they did. Focus on your work, your many priorities. Very important to be happy.
    4) Give time to yourself..Have pleasant hobbies.

@@akkinenilakshmisai665 I can totally relate to your story. Same thing happened to me with a work colleague a long time ago (and sometimes I still think back to that time wondering why she did a 180). She scolded me and called me a name, and I was SHOCKED because she had always been so gentle and kind and even-tempered. I ruminated about it thinking what did I say? What did I do to trigger her like that? From that day on, we still spoke, but I was much more guarded. According to this video, I should have just erased it from my mind and kept a calm mind. I’m so grateful to have this information now. Peace & Blessings.

    Wonderful video.
What you mentioned happened repeatedly to me and it took lot of time and anguish before I eventually decided to keep distance from such people and not to have any good expectations at all from them. Not very easy to get such a realisation in our mind specially if the issue relates to close family but we have to be firm that our peace of mind is more important than anything else in our life.

Hi Doctor. Thanks for these great tips and advice. Much appreciated. Don't know how the video referred me here. But I'm thankful. Not an Indian origin, but I got this same experience with an Indian friend, which really hurt. The same thing as you explained happened, and now he's ignoring and replies in a blunt way. Unfortunately for the trust that the person gave to me, I opened too much which I'm regretting but as you said, yes now I'm in the healing journey as I can't show any arrogance to the party.

All we need is just good company, be nice to each other. Once you vibe with the right person, take it to the next level. Touch is very important to connect with people. A pat on the back, a hug or a simple "How are you, did you eat?" For the last hundreds of years, people have forgotten all this & all they dream of is just materialistic things. If you take a step forward and express your niceness genuinely, others think that you are weak. Seriously fed up of all this but such is life. At least we all die alone anyways so no point in socializing when you are alive.

❤THANKYOU for REFRESHING my thoughts " as I had step into my in law's family of the age of 17 year's old NOW heading to 52 on April 30th. I'm JUST BEYOND BLESSED that I had ALWAYS give myself a true meaning of a inner self good heart beats vibes due too out of 6 sister in law 1 that has nothing but a very dark cold heart towards myself ( example I was upstairs laughing all the way with my husband niece " all of the sudden she had storm upstairs and pointed directly to my faces saying I WILL ALWAYS HATED YOU with the letter B in front of it " not only that but I was 8 months pregnant as well.
Until TODAY that now my second son is 27 year's old I had still REMAIN with a good inner vibes due too I'm thinking ahead future for our children grow old and have a peacefully life together as being cousins and so on passing down now to our grand children.
I will tell myself that I only had one life and I will make each day a memorable one " yes I know that not everyday is a perfect day but we have the control to either learned from it nor correct it.
AMEN 🙏 🙏 🙏 FOR US " let's go grab that sunshine much ❤️ love from Iowa .

I felt what you said is absolutely true mam. Your Mantra is really the need of the hour. All Indians are brothers and sisters. We should respect and help each other, but at the same time we need to be maintaining decorum and limits of depth in any relation except that of parent-child relation.
That's why our elders say: Matra Devo Bhava, Pitru Devo Bhava, Acharya Devo Bhava, and then God. Only these 4 entities are our true well-wishers. Jai Hind mam
