Ma'am salads are not advisable at night because they are of course raw and will be hard to digest at night...it is advisable to take it in the afternoon.
Madam , before 71/2 am taking only 2 varieties of fresh fruits, and morning soaked dry fruits little , and fresh juice with 2 tablespoons one glass . This is my food in nights . Is it correct ? I am 74 years old
Ma'am I saw ur study related videos but toppers are studying but they do study in one day before exam only.Actually in my college they don't do any hard work just they're reading one day before exams and average students ,we are putting efforts and it's not coming results how it's? And even just for showoff they're doing in reality?😢
It's not possible for diabetic people 9 pm is almost the time diabetic people eat as 12 hours there insulin meds stay.As 7 pm dinner means 6 am breakfast which practically is not possible.Please advise if my understanding is possible
Valuable but not practicable for us because, we are Bengalis and also nearear to be Kolkata, it has absurd to maintain these. Generally we used to go adda places at 7-30 and above where we offered plenty of tea and it goes 10 pm. And return to home after ten. Usually it happens in every section of Bengalis para culture not any innovative. But Madam your suggestion are most lucrative. It should be maintained for all. But we are helpless.

As per Ayurveda fruits are not advisable during night, it disturb your sleep.
