All the information presented in this episode, however, is still very relevant even if Matt and Lee's references are "dated" at this point. It is still historically true that it doesn't matter if a Republican or a Democrat is in office, you should stay in the market and not time it.

I'm curious about a message I got from Vanguard Funds regarding their Index 500 fund and a revised investment policy:
Under the revised policy, the Fund will continue to track its target index even if the Fund becomes nondiversified as a result of an index rebalance or market movement.
Is this something investors should be concerned about? Is this because of the dominance of tech funds in the Index?
