There should be no tax on overtime if you've already worked your 40 hours you contributed to society.
@@dv9140 I agree 100%!!! At the very least dont penalize someone for working overtime. Here in CA working overtime means you’re going to get taxed more which negates the overtime pay you’re given. But for most jobs if you refuse overtime they’ll just fire you and find someone who will do it so kinda gotta suck it up.

Yes, California's Newsom allowed the insurance companies to increase car insurance by 33% due to inflation. This caused my policy to increase by $750 a year. I had no choice but to down grade to minimum requirement. I have no tickets, no claims, no nothing. They keep saying that good drivers will get a discount, but I've never seen discounts, only increases.
