I live right beside Wayne national forest, grate trail system, definitely recommend to everyone to check out Wayne and old man caves in hocking hill here to in Ohio !
Love your build and the videos I am buying a klx140 soon for my Grandson and I will be watching them over and over, thank you. I heard you mention Wayne National. I am in zanesville
when i bought my bike the killswitch was deleted for some reason i bought a polisport headlight and the controls from a yfz 450 to clean up the engine start button and regain the killswitch and hi and low beam light control and it wont to bad to wire once i figured out the interesting wire job the previous owner left me
hey Jacob im a little late but im loving your videos on the 140 and have just got a new 140 myself and am doing the tusk kit and polisport headlight. could you possibly link the videos explaining better how the wiring is done if if u maybe care to make one. or if there's any way I could contact u directly on how to do it. hope this finds u
How did you do the brakelight switch? Did you use the banjo that came with the tusk kit in the front master instead of the rear? I wanna make sure it fits or if i need to get a different banjo pressure bolt.
Jacob, I see your plate is from New Jersey. I am in the process of trying to street title my Kawasaki KLX300R and I noticed in your first build video you said you had it street titled before you did any work on the bike. How did you do that? I thought it had to be inspected here in Jersey? Enjoyed your videos on this build. Any help you can give me on titling in New Jersey would be greatly appreciated.
Our 140G luckily got passed through the DMV where they accidentally gave us plates for it. We aren't going to say no to that! No motorcycle inspections in the state of NJ. I can't help with plating non-street legal bikes. I know there are ways to do it, but I have no experience in that myself.
Your videos have good information for the 140, but damn can you put some links in the descriptions so we can find this stuff without spending five hours!!???
i researched this, seem like there isn't one with the correct brake light banjo bolt so he most likely is just using it as a running light with no brake light option. prolly why he skipped that part of the install in his video
Thanks for sharing all of your hard work on this!

Do you know if the 85 rear fender fits on the 140? And you should put on kx 100 forks on it it would make it look badass
Nice build
An in-depth lighting video would help awesome

Hey did you ever do the tusk kit?
Planning on getting this as my first bike. Making it street legal is going to be a mission..
I’m also going to need a key

That is exactly what we did, due to no clearance by the rear master cylinder.

When you got the plate did you just show them the certificate of origin at the dmv when you registered I?

I believe we ordered it from partzilla.
What size is that bike how many cc?
140cc
@@JacobBoone 144cc
They should just round it to 150cc in my opinion.
Build it supermoto
How tall is your wife ? Does she like the size ? My wife is 5’6
She is 5'7". She should have no problem with the bike!
