do these videos apply to the klx140g as well i’m trying to build a supermoto out of mine because getting a street bike is too much and i’ve been doing a lot of research but my main thing i want to know is what fork swaps work and what street wheels to get.
@@fIoCs- they will work, the 85/100 and 140 use the same hubs, so it’s a direct boot on. Your 140 rotors and sprocket will also go right onto the new wheels

@@SLOGTV666 yup, I believe the only difference between the L and G are wheels and swingarm. Chassis and motor are all the same
did you have to put a longer swinger on?
I got the short swingarm to work, keep your eyes peeled for the final video, I will show how I did it
Do you recommend cyclestuff suspension they look nice and might want to get some for my klx 140?
The suspension is off a kx85, cycle stuff is the shop who rebuilt it and revalved it. But I like it, it rides really good
@@tuckerbeddiges did you have to replace the tree where you put the suspension into
@@fIoCs- yes, I used kx85/100 triple clamps
@@tuckerbeddiges do you know if the year of the forks is different from your bike or it doesn’t matter?
It doesn’t matter, all 85/100 forks are the same
Are those kx85 wheels?
Yes but no. These are kx100 wheels, since I switched it to 19/16, but the 85 wheels are the same thing, just smaller.
@@tuckerbeddiges did they bolt right up or did you need to make some adjustments
@@bentleyaydt they bolted right up
I found the wheels on ebay put my klx140 as vehicle it says it wouldn’t fit but it is right
