I enjoyed this one. You two are a hoot! I wanna go camping with you! Hey, the way you turned around in that tight spot! Have you ever thought of doing a "how to tow a camper/trailer" video? I'm getting my teardrop next spring and need some tips!.😂😂
Fun video. We traveled the US for a year in our teardrop. We saw lots of places we had never explored before. In our case, we would park the teardrop in an "ok" site, like that first empty one you came across. Then we could search the area for a better site unencumbered. Sometimes we would find something better, Sometimes we would not. There were some times we found some amazing sites. Some of those sites were down roads we would not have taken the trailer down without knowing how bad it gets first and we would have missed a wonderful campsite had we not explored it first without the trailer. We enjoy your content and editing style
@WheresWiseman We've left ours alone for up to 2-1/2 days. We figure that the off road hitch makes it less likely for someone else to take it. We put a large cable lock through the wheel and around the axle. We also Put out a game camera to watch the campsite.
As always nice . Wife and I just got back from two weeks in Leadville Co. Was amazing. Temps in the seventies during the day and forties at night. Had a awesome time . Now back to Tulsa and mid nines .
You guys are fun, I grew up, up there and I do miss the beautifulness of camping by the river. I don't miss the mosquitos, but I love the green and water. It is brown and mostly mosquitoless here in AZ. Oh and I have a TJ also, and a roof top tent trailer. I am digging your setup.
💯 We remember when weekdays were a guarantee for just about any spot! Really dig how the forest campgrounds leave a few days a week as first come though 👍🏻
The Forest Service is under the Department of Agriculture so that may explain the Dept. of Ag on your map. I might have tried driving through that hole with our trailer but it's hard to judge it from your video.
Get a winch on your Jeep. It lets you go places where you wouldn't normally go. "Self Help" is a good safe option, a winch can save you from tow trucks. Winch; Soft shackles; extra heavy duty ropes and a tree saver. You're good to go into that hole and come out smelling like a rose!
Haha yikes, turning around on that narrow road reminded me of Austin Powers wedged all up in that hallway on that henchman cart. Crikey. Hey slick new hat!
2:57 It is all part of the adventure. I would take my JKU through that, I might have to stack a few rocks but that does not look that bad. I know the camera does not always do justice for the obstacles but a Jeep should not have a problem getting over that.
Thanks for posting your camping adventures. Do you have a video explaining the transition from the silver trailer to the blue trailer? I tried to find it but was unsuccessful. Thanks.
I enjoyed this video. Emily, on a gear review sometime can you show how you hang/secure your light strands? I keep failing lol Thanks for cleaning up the tp. Sorry, some ppl suck.
That campsite with the big rock hole had an orange flag in the fire pit so it must’ve been a legit campsite. Cameras always flatten out true topography.
Agree with the 10 day rule but not the annual cap which probably affects retirees and veterans most and the increased fees which is just another added tax
I mean, yeah, but those are more like the funding sources. It would be like saying your bank was the payer of your purchases, despite it being you making the decision and swiping your card at the store. US Forest Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, and perhaps US Fish & Wildlife Service, are the actual land managing agencies. And then many states have equivalents or counterparts, like a Department of Natural Resources, State Parks, etc.
The roads youvtake are to easy. Youbhave a Jeep, get get iff flat dirt roads any bus can drive. 😉 And you could easily drive over those rocks. 🤦...Jeep!!

🤣 thanks buddy! That's a great video idea. We'll add it to the list for when we're brave enough to cover this topic!!
A National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation reference AND a Wayne's World reference in one video?? My people! Lol
🤘🏻🤣🤘🏻
After all the sites that didn't work out, u guys sure found a great site right on the river! Awesome video and so beautiful!!
Yes indeed! Thank you!!

Glad you enjoyed it! That's a great idea. Haven't had the guts to leave our trailer alone yet. Should probably just go for it

As always nice . Wife and I just got back from two weeks in Leadville Co. Was amazing. Temps in the seventies during the day and forties at night. Had a awesome time . Now back to Tulsa and mid nines .
Amazing!! That weather sounds like heaven!
Loved the campsite rock-out session! 🤘🤘😜
🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
I like your little camper. That's the kind of camper I need for my overnight fishing trips and it looks like a Subaru Outback would pull it.
It's amazing!! And yes, we've had quite a few Subarus pull our rental trailer 👍🏻
It's raining cats and dogs here in FL, no chance of camping out (it's hot as....too) so, camping vicariously with you guys!!
Great video! I love how you two feed off from one another. Makes for awesome content. You two need to do a trip on the East Coast!
Thank you! We 110% need an East Coast trip! Maybe next year 🙏🏻
Love the adventures!!!
Thanks for joining us!

Thanks for watching! Sounds like you have a pretty nice setup as well 👌
The USFS is under the Department of Agriculture.

Yes it was!
Fun spot! I'm glad that plan F worked out. :D
🤣🤣🤣👍🏻
Thank you for cleaning up we carry a picker upper for those nasty ones
Gotta leave it better 👍🏻
Party on you happy campers!
Party on! 🤙🏻
That can be frustrating looking for a site and not finding one, campgrounds are a great alternative especially during the week days.
💯 We remember when weekdays were a guarantee for just about any spot! Really dig how the forest campgrounds leave a few days a week as first come though 👍🏻

Well that makes sense. If it was in a more remote location definitely would've gone for it

That's what she said?
Haha yikes, turning around on that narrow road reminded me of Austin Powers wedged all up in that hallway on that henchman cart. Crikey. Hey slick new hat!
HA!! Pretty much the same thing but with a trailer lol. Thanks! Coming soon!!

Agreed. We're definitely going back 👍🏻
Thanks for posting your camping adventures. Do you have a video explaining the transition from the silver trailer to the blue trailer? I tried to find it but was unsuccessful. Thanks.
Our pleasure! We don't, just have the tour for each and explain differences on second.
I enjoyed this video. Emily, on a gear review sometime can you show how you hang/secure your light strands? I keep failing lol
Thanks for cleaning up the tp. Sorry, some ppl suck.
We can definitely show a little more detail 👍🏻
When plans A-E fail…….. F it! 🤣
🤣🤣🤣 exactly!!! 💯
Around the 13-minute mark nice to hear from Cousin Eddie😅
🤣 Glad you caught it 😉
My husband said what didn’t you unhook and manually swing ?it around
Stubbornness. Lol. That would have been too easy 😅
That campsite with the big rock hole had an orange flag in the fire pit so it must’ve been a legit campsite. Cameras always flatten out true topography.
They do. Would've just gone for it in a better location 👍🏻
Hello Matt and Emily! Keep an eye out for a bubble mailer envelope, Dayna and I sent you some other Heartbeat hotsauces to try today.
Awesome thank you! Y'all are too kind!!! Not sure if you saw our follow up comment, but LOVED the sauce 👌🏻💯
@@WheresWiseman We did see the shout out!
What do you think about the new camping rules in Washington state starting august 19 2024 ?
Agree with the 10 day rule but not the annual cap which probably affects retirees and veterans most and the increased fees which is just another added tax
Moring perfekt
👌🏻
Department of Agriculture is the agency that manages national forests. Dept. of Interior manages BLM lands.
Appreciate the info, thanks!

There is a new things... called vegetables and mushrooms.... Try them!!!
We'll look into that 😅

I subbed at “beer thirty” … cheers🍻😀
