    Just a massive thank you , for all your content. I'm 35 , sporty & have always been in decent shape...... HOWEVER...lockdown & WFH got me into home HITT & workout & I've never been in BETTER shape, cardio, strength & aesthetically- in a healthy & fully transformative way! I work out for an hour 3/4 times a week (plus sport)- except I now LOOK FORWARD TO IT . . Autoplay playlists on TH-cam are amazing - I will load 2 or 3 of your videos onto a playlist & have an incredible hour's workout depending on whatever I'm doing. Such a huge thank you from me . You guys are life changers. Thank you :-)

      Planks can do that for sure. Twist those palms into the ground and get your hands directly below your shoulders for more support.

    I added this video to my workout routine and the results have been phenomenal!! First time around I was dead in the first 5 - 7 min
    Fast forward a month and I'm doing modified spiderman planks in between the last set of exercises! Thanks so much for this routine guys!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE UR WORKOUTS! I love that there is a lot of variety on your channel, you can find what you are looking for!
    The only thing is that I wanted to see if you could do a short workot with light dumbells (its because I would do it after doing my big arm workout). I WILL APPRECIATE IT A LOT!!

    I have always neglected training my abs but after a very long time I decided to try this one out. Man I couldn't even get past 5 minutes but I am now more than willing to get my abs into shape with the rest of my body! Will be using this workout for a while until I can do the whole thing in one sitting. Thanks!

    love all your abs workout, saving this for my workout folder for later :) my pools are open since last week & we had 80s last few days, so I had to go for my first swim this year, swim for 1 & 1/2 hours! Now I can mix your workout with my 3 weekly swim!

    Going on my first cut cycle now after only doing heavy weights no cardio(skipped core muscles) and its really hard workout so far managing to do 50% then picking up from 80-100% looking forward to being able to do this fully from start to finish!

    I loved this! I hate when longer workout videos claim to be 20, 30, etc. minutes, but are really just the same 5 minute set several times in a row. This one had great variety and no repeats, I really appreciated that (and my abs felt it too)! Keep it up bro :)

      @@ajclips3097 I'm happy w/ my fitness level - I never find a workout easy, but I do count every time I give 100% and finish with good form as a "win". Specifically, I use Dan's content for shorter routines after work when I don't have a bunch of time, or if I'm just not in the mood for an hour long burpee crusher or something. Dan's stuff is intense, and extremely beneficial (i.e., favors volume and form).
