    This video is full length so you can follow along with the ab exercises that I’m doing. If you need extra rest at any time just pause the video.
    This ab workout is 20 minutes long and is high intensity (HIIT ABS WORKOUT), so we’ll be doing each exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. It might sound easy, but this is an ab and obliques BURNER!

    This is my favorite ab workout video I've tried. All the exercises are easy to understand for a beginner, but challenging for fit people. Works my cardio system pretty hard as well, so this is my go-to for when I'm on a rest day from weight training. Thank you for making this, and I really appreciate what you've made!

      Right on! I played baseball most of my life. One of the best pieces of advice I can give you is to continue to lift and train hard throughout the season. Your body breaks down with all of the practices and games, so keeping your endurance up and strength in tact is key!!! So that and you’ll be a step ahead of the competition. Good luck bro!

    It was a great workout! I wish the description mentioned that only 20 of the 24 minutes were the workout. When I look for a 20 I always look for over since I want the full 20 to be work. I always hope the ones over 20 are accounting for the rests 💪👍

    Wow... I did this routine yesterday and loved it. I did cheat a little bit towards the end. This morning I could feel my abs and I was hurting but it was a good hurt.     Wow thanks! I love these longer workouts but all I see are girls ab workouts and their too easy. This is the hardest one I’ve done in a while, will definitely put this into my routine

    Best thing about this workout is lot of variation for short interval of 20 seconds so it doesn't give any fatigue and make the whole workout doable.
