You have to go back to the mixing and put the level on your Melody around 18 or around 22.

Of course you should never master beats that are meant for artists to rap or sing on. However for previews, you definitely should.

Simply means you don't do beat tapes nor do you upload beats for potential buyers to listen. Every idiot knows, if it's meant for an artiste to record on, you shouldn't be mastering it. For me I send to the artistes, 2 beats. A mastered one for his vibing and writing and another one with headroom for the actual recording session.
