Freddie was easily one of the best performers of all time. His voice, stage presence, and personality were all iconic and one-of-a-kind. It was great to see where he lived and where he may be at rest. Thanks for taking us with you.

I feel like I was born a decade or two late, as all my favourite bands and artists were also my parents' favourites; Queen, Nirvana, Mötley Crüe, David Bowie, Black Sabbath, etc. Freddie passed just 3 months before I was born, but his legacy, his work, will live forever. An incredible man, phenomenally talented, taken much too soon by an awful disease, one that has taken people I've known personally as well. Thanks for this wonderful video, a delight as always.

Honestly, I could see someone who was a true friend to Freddie removing it after that initial video came out. It wasn't like he was unclear in his wishes. Freddie did not want the fans to know his final resting place. He gave us all he had vocally. To this day he hold audiences in the palm of his hands (saw Queen in Oct & it was magic when he performed. I was too close to the stage to see him BUT by his voice alone, it was purely magical). So while I watched this & the earlier video, I am not proud of myself. Freddie asked for very little in this world. So if he wanted a private resting place, we should honor that IMHO. And I find it quite sad that was intruded upon

Queen will always be one of my favourite bands. My late father was in his 20s when Freddie and co. burst onto the music scene here in the UK, back in 1974. He was an instant fan, blown away by Freddie's killer stage presence and powerful voice. To me, Queen and Freddie mean so much because they remind me of my father and the shared love of music we had. Growing up in the 90s, Queen was a constant presence, on cd, on radio, on tv, alongside other British greats like Led Zep, Black Sabbath, The Police, The Beatles, The Kinks and so many more. My father loved providing me with a musical education of the greats ❤ Freddie truly lived his life in the short years he had, and that is a huge inspiration.

Thank you VERY much!!! Freddie Mercury was unique! I went to see his home in 1993/94 for the first when I was a teenager. It looked different back then.
Saw many people not respecting the privacy of Mrs. Austin and her family over the years (e.g. climbing up between the wall and lantern), security came, staff became angry and so on.
30 years and many visits later, you two bring back lots of memories for me!!
As far as I can recall, Mrs. Austin is the only person who knows, where Freddie's ashes are. He said to her "no one should dig me up" or sth. close to that. I agree. He was probably one of the best entertainers and a private person off stage.

One of my favorite bands. Freddie was such an amazing artist. The way he would work the fans and include them is magical.
R.I.P Freddie, you will never be forgotten and will always be loved.

If I were to bet where Freddie is buried is right in the garden at his Kensington home, now Mary Austin and family's home. Makes sense as it is private, close to Mary, who Freddie considered his wife and protected from trophy hunters, a perfect resting spot.

A very nice tribute to one of the best frontmen to ever grace a rock band's stage. Freddie was the ultimate showman. He was a great lyricist and vocalist. He may be gone, but we'll always have his music to keep his memory alive. Rest in private and peaceful sleep, Freddie. Thank you, Michael and Jessica, for taking us along on this journey. Another great video.

You Guys Rock!! Thanks for doing all this research about Freddie’s final resting place… and your respect for the sanctity of where he left this world (also, props for respecting the neighbor’s privacy!) Your video is like a new ending and a closing tribute to the ‘Killer’ Queen doc-drama “Bohemian Rhapsody”.
When I first heard the song “Killer Queen”, I was like- ‘this band has got an edge’!! Then that LP flew off the shelves so fast- California was literally SOLD OUT before the band had even played here!
But “A Night at the Opera” with “Bohemian Rhapsody” took everyone by surprise… maybe even a little getting used to by some… since Operatic cues and riffs had never been used in rock before, especially slightly hard rock!! So it didn’t take long before it was in constant rotation on KOME (Bay Area)…
But that’s alright, I didn’t wait this time… I bought my LP straight away!! Because that track was at the top in only a few days… and this was the exact same time Punk Rock was coming on hard… so us older teens were living through an amazing rock revolution!! Queen, New York Dolls, The Ramones, Blondie, Talking Heads, The Clash, Sex Pistols, The Stranglers, The Jam, Damned… Plus Bowie, Stones, the Who, Deep Purple… It was bliss to be a hip Cali teen head and being able to see dozens and dozens of great concerts with all this great tuneage breaking into our world (Led Zep, July ‘77, Oakland DOG)!!!
BTW, Your editing skills are crackin mate!! You’re getting almost artistic… maybe throw out some little tiny black bat graphics all flying out of your hand in yer trademark “Happy Halloween” wrist flick!! 💙

Thank you thank you thank you for doing this video on Freddie Mercury. I am a huge die hard fan of his. Of all the great musicians that have passed, Freddie was the only one I cried to. I've read that he didnt want anybody to know where he was buried as he didn't want to be dug up. From my understanding is that the nameplate was stolen twice. I've heard the story of him eiher being buried under his favorite tree on the property of Garden Lodge and heard the one where he was buried at Kensal Green Cemetery. I'm hoping that his cremains were scattered as I can understand his thinking, as my belief is that you don't disturb a final resting place as the soul won't rest then. It's such a shame that there are people that would disturb a resting place and even steal from a cemetery. I love walking in cemeteries and reading the headstones; giving respect to those who passed. Again thank you so much for doing this video.

I have been into Queen since I was a small child and was in shock for an entire week when he died. I had the pleasure of joining millions on fans on the night return of the champions was recorded and we sang love of my life to his mum. You could feel Freddies presence in the arena and his love was so overwhelming. I am a sensitive so could pick him up and knew it was him. On

Once I joined the funeral industry, I learned when ashes are “scattered” if done officially at a cemetery, a hole is dug and are loosely scattered/poured into the hole rather just scattering “into the wind” as a lot of people imagine or they can be interred if they are in say an ashes casket/urn.

Great video,Mike and Jess.I always thought Freddie was scattered in various places.Like London,Zanzabar ,Holland. And that Mary Austin and Jim Hutton had him in separate urns.Perhaps when Jim died an urn with Freddie's ashes was placed in his coffin.
