To anyone who will be quick to insult, remember that these are narrations of the prophet peace be upon him.
If you cannot answer without providing clear cut evidences from the Quran and Sunnah in its entirety in regard to the topic then stay quiet and don’t let your tongue be a regret for you on that day.

@@Richest_Person_in_the_WorldWorry about your own income of deeds. Spreading lies against your Muslim brother might end up making you bankrupt on the day of judgment.
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "Do you know who the bankrupt is?" They said: "O Messenger of Allah SAW! The bankrupt among us is the one who has no Dirham nor property." The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "The bankrupt in my Ummah is the one who comes with Salat and fasting and Zakat on the Day of Judgement, but he comes having abused this one, falsely accusing that one, wrongfully consuming the wealth of this one, spilling the blood of that one, and beating this one. So he is seated, and this one is requited from his rewards. If his rewards are exhausted before the sins that he committed are requited, then some of their sins will be taken and cast upon him, then he will be cast into the Fire." [Abu 'Eisa said: ] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

All of this talk and evidence does not address the majority of Muslims who do not live in Muslim countries. They don't have an ameer. Those who speak badly about and critize Muslim rulers while living in non Muslim countries are indeed spreading fitna and should stop and be warned against.
However, what rights to obedience do Muslim rulers have over Muslims living in outside of their jurisdiction? Should Muslims living in UAE obea the leader of Saudi?
Should Muslims living in Canada (for example) obey the leaders of Saudi or the UAE or Qatar?
What rights do the Muslims in Canada have on the leader or UAE? or Saudi, or Qatar?
If they have no rights on each other for obedience then that means that the Muslims living in non muslim countries are free to decide for themselves how to help the Palestineans or Uyghurs, etc via boycotts or other means.

Brother Faris , May Allah guide you and me and all the Muslim.
    SOME IMPORTANT POINTS
What you are saying is not incorrect, but it’s not the full story
    It’s very one sided
First you must istablish akhi what is a Muslim leader , you gave the eg of so as long as they isablish the salah fast zakat ect ,
    This is correct
But if they do that AND Also make allowed to the public RIBA , alcohol , and other things that Allah has made haram , then that leader falls into major kufr as a IJma of all scholars, apart from those that have irjah ofc.
There is a way to deal with a Muslim leader
And there is another way to deal with a non Muslim leader ,
If you look into the history of Islam, Many of them made khurooj on the leaders that displayed clear kufr, no one calls them khawarij. You wouldn’t dare to
the people who mention names, mention names as they say he is kafir, so that’s okay
If the leader is Muslim and sinful then you can mention the generic and warn the people to stay away from the wrongdoing without mentioning the name.
I hope one day we can talk to reason and have a good understanding as I see you as a brother but unfortunately I see you to be someone who is famous, and someone who doesn’t know how to implement the Knowlage he has,
It’s from the wisdoms to understand the Knowlage and apply it.
May Allah guide you to the correct creed, wa barakAllau feek

    • @Unknown_royaltyy
      @Unknown_royaltyy 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

The basic ruling is as follows
If someone changes , replaces the sharia with man made law then he is a kafir that takes him out the fold of the religion
However , if he only judges without on a one off, or here and there, then this is kufr less of kuffr
When the khawarij came to ibn abas to cause fitnah and make takfeer of them and told him about what the people of Ali and mawiah are doing , that they are not judging but what Allah has revealed in some matters here and there, ibn abas told them this is kufr Duna kufr , so this falls into fasiq and thalim
You can’t take ibn abbas statement to give a translation for that verse when allah has made it specific, what about all the other Sahaba that gave tafseer and also ibn abas him self when he said this is Kufr, major kufr!?
Why are you not teaching the people this part , why have you left it out akhi, it’s very distorting

I agree with the evidences about not publicly criticizing Muslim rulers about their sins. This is clear and I accept it as from Quran and Sunnah.
Sheikh does this still apply if they openly betray the Ummah in battle and aid the disbelievers that are killing the muslims? Would this just be counted as sin or would it be major kufr? Do we rebel in this particular case or do we let them continue aiding the enemies killing muslims and just remain silent and patient? I am not being sarcastic or argumentative I would like a serious answer please as I am at my limit seeing muslims being killed and nothing being done. Little children with their hands tied behind their backs by zionist cowards being shot and dumped in mass graves. I am a retired crippled soldier, not an armchair keyboard coward. I need a clear answer please if this applies even in this case.

You can make the affair very easy upon yourself: leave issues of takfeer to the scholars. The scholars have made takfeer on some of the rulers, such as Qathafi, Bashar, and Khomeini. Other than that, we need not delve into such matters that laymen are not qualified to deal with.
Be patient, make dua', and call people to repent and purify their hearts of kaafir ideologies and to unite upon the brotherhood of Islam and sunnah. This is what we can do, so let us busy ourselves with it.
