Hi I had the same cannister filters... Your media trays are in the wrong order It should be starting@from the bottem upwards.... Mechanical Filtration(consisting of course meduim and fine sponges 2.Tray should be Biological media for benefical bacteria 3.Tray is for Chemical or if you dont want it should be again for biological media If you have a 4 you can add chemical for extra water polishing or if you have some fish tank smells...... or just again biological media......
You really should be rinsing out the media in the tank water, so as not to lose your good bacteria in the media. That seems to be the rule I always come across
I can't understand half of the things you say, only when you speak slower and closer to the camera but you keep moving your head too much so your voices goes up and down, just a positive criticism

Him knowing that rinsing your media in tap water does not kill your bacteria is great. Never has in 20 years. Read up on it folks.
You just crashed all your filtration by washing in chlorinated water
