I wish they gave the Standard a usb port, real chrome covers and the highlighted engine fins. Just those mild changes would make it way more appealing.
The standard does come with a usb port. At least on my 2024 it does. Right on the bottom left side of the steering neck by the bottom of the gas tank and just off the frame ✌️
@@carl3820I have a 2024 standard. Are you referring to the battery tender? If so you have to connect a usb port dongle to it. I’m not aware of a USB port besides that.
damn Australia have missed out on getting the standard the last couple of years .. we only have the street bob .. i prefer the standard look with chrome and that grey looks so good .
Both of these bikes have identical seating positions. The bars are the same and the pegs are in the same location. We have a couple of customers who are well over 6' who ride these bikes with no complaints. Really, you should come in to the dealership and sit on one to see if the fit is right for you, and if not, our Fit Specialist can suggest things like an Extended Reach Seat or a Forward Controls to make the bike fit you perfectly.
It all comes down to personal preference. Some customers change the analog to digital, and some the digital to analog. Depends on the bike and depends on the rider. When Krista Verhiel designed the Low Rider S we have in the showroom, she got rid of the analog gauge in favour of the more compact digital one from the Street Bob. It's your bike - make it yours!
A Street Bob and an after market LCD apple car play screen with maps and Bluetooth is all you need ... oh and a 8" windshield.
And a stage 1

@@carl3820 Maybe they finally listened and added it for 2024 because I know on previous years they didn't have one. Same goes for Road King Special.

It is up to only diferent looks and style that you think 😊
How tall are you? I'm 6'4" and trying to judge the seating positions and foot position?

Me 185 cm and its fits great
The standard was made by Harley to give an excuse to increase the price of the Streetbob. Coward marketing strategy from Harley.
That speedo is crap. Analogig gauges in a big speedometer please c'mon, no jokes....
