Fun tip, shake all trees with a net in hand and shake the tree from the front. You will automatically turn to look at the wasp nest if it falls, and easily press A to guarantee catching them with ur net every time 💗
I restarted playing New Horizons a few days ago, so this comes in handy for me, even though it's almost been 4 years since the game came out.
Going for a swim is good to do each day too. You can make a lot of Bells since it doesn't involve a tool that can break. Make sure to give Pascal a scallop too if you want to collect the mermaid stuff and get some pearls.
Pascal is best boy!
I personally enjoy the simpler things in Animal Crossing. Digging up fossils, taking random photos, catching fish (mainly bloomin sea bass), and of course - my favourite activities, talking to my animals multiple times a day and buying my favourite villager (Felicity) literally ALL the clothes lol
One of there biggest games on the Switch and they only had one and a half year of support
I'm still trying to get 2 more DIYs. I make sure to get my DIY bottle every day and I try to check with my villagers to get all 3 daily DIYs! What I need to get back in the habit of is doing my Kapp'n tour and visit HHP for those bottles and the restaurant recipe! I made the mistake the other day of doing my Kapp'n tour without emptying my pockets...it was Star Fragment island! I keep forgetting about the friendship checker! My museum was finished a while ago...so I use all the fossils I find to get villager friendship levels up to get their photos!
I play at night, wishing i could find the night clowns. I wanna know what terrorizes my villagers into wanting to leave. Expell them from my island.

Stitches told me this when he was going to move in (Bitty was the one leaving), and funnily enough, it was right after I finished one of my Jester Custom Designs
this is actually great! im thinking on restarting the game, havent played in a while because ive done so much already, have way too much of everything, recepies, tickets, bells, and it becomes boring, i miss having to do tasks like these
I do the money tree daily too. I am still working on the mermaid diys, so I swim every day until I get a scallop. I am currently working on my unfinished diys, so I have them all favourited, and try and do one new one daily.
Something that keeps me active in the game pretty often is settystupid goals for myself.
Currently the main one is getting max bells and nook miles without 'cheating' basically i cant go on the turnip exchange or to any island from nookazon, i also cant time travel.
This is a very useful video. I do most of these things already, but I have neglected the Roost (I know it's a very popular feature, but I've never been that taken with it), as well as the Kapp'n tours. And even though I have the Happy Home dlc, I haven't used it much. I thought it was just about customizing the homes of a few animals. I had no idea there was so much more to get out of it than that.
Some more things I do daily that wasn't mentioned: The daily money tree (both planting and harvesting).
Hitting the rocks for stones, iron, clay and possibly gold, and Bells.
Shaking the trees while holding a net, so I can easily catch the wasps. (Why did they make the bees into wasps in this game? That was an unexpected change.)
Check the Nook Stop items.
Try to remember to catch a song off KK every Saturday (but often not remembering at the right time lol).

Hi! I’m new to this channel. I just wanna say you make great amazing tips and helpful advice with your animal crossing videos and I wanna thank you for that! Not only that I LOVE your island! It’s so decorative and complex and that’s what I really like! You should make a video and describe ways of how to design islands in a more detailed way! I would like to know your skill and techniques especially with the waterfalls and being decorative overall- lol.
And I got a question, where did you get those mushrooms at? The ones that shape like umbrellas- you get what I mean. I would like to have that on my island!
I restarted on the 4th of this month and I already got residential building upgraded and about to start happy home

I like turning pokis to bells because i don’t have to get more and more bells, i need just to design or renovate one home and i got the over amount that i changed because i have designed 140 homes already

So...someone tell me if im wrong here but..
On my last island (i like to reset my island alot to cycle the villagers *i havent been able to cuz i dont have the online thing anymore) i remember upgrading nooks cranny into this big supermarket (where the inside is all supermarket looking n' stuff)
Is that the last upgrade or does it just go: in the service tent > small store > last upgrade
Im pretty sure theres a supermarket upgrade in ACNH for nooks cranny...(i could be wrong though)
That's a feature in older games, T&T Mart. The last upgrade in New Horizons is still pretty small. It's starter shop, small shop, final shop. I miss the larger stores especially Nookington's.
Offer your villagers chocolates you get from HHP, and invite them over to the archipelago! From there you can design a custom home for them there, too!

I wake up to cleaning my island of fossils, branches, shells, the money spot and 10k to 99k money bag tree. Talk to all my villagers and give gifts as often as I can. I do forget to check my nook miles sometimes. Bob's Gang
i exchange poki for bells every single day. if you've grinded on achhp way too much like i have it's very useful. i have like 4 or 5 million poki and i only have 2 million bells. i'm very much a designing girlie lol. and bells may be easier to make than poki, but i am far too lazy for that.

My daily Schedule insists of Waking up, shaking all non fruit trees and collecting all loose items like seashells and digging up fossils to sell ( Museum is filled of fossils ). After selling everything I wanna get rid of I’ll hit the shops for clothes and items. Head to the Plaza to see what’s in the donation box and looking into my bank thing so I can shop and put in some money ( I’m caught up on all my debts ) I also pick all my veggies for sell and then water them back up, I tend to a few things like talking to everyone, get a few nook miles, and head to a Kapp’n island. Go to Harv’s to see if anyone has anything I want or on occasion get a fortune read. The rest of the day is usually me figuring out what to do with my island or redecorate either in home or outside
This is how I am now. kinda bored with the daily grind and repituous dialogue, designing the island can be really tedious. I wish there was another element to the game like being able to have a job/ career. I'd love to work at the coffee shop with Brewster and earn bells or gifts that way
Love your island and videos! I an newer to the game and am just dipping into terra-forming! Where do you get the wooden platforms that I see? Is that one of the custom construction items that I need a code for?

I didn't know about the ADM at the Paradise Island and the exchange rate for Poki! Bobs Gang!
Once I filled up my spots on the happy home paradise island, I did start changing bells into pokey to save time 🙈
Bob's Gang..... i love going to islands and decorating them. i organize the flowers and trees. my kid laughs at me to spend so much time doing this even though i know i won't be back.
I change my outfit each day, cook meals and eat them (then use the toilet if I don’t need the energy), craft or buy things and wrap them for my villagers too
There is a daily limit for the poke exchange tho.
this is a dark souls difficulty game if your creativity nonexistent, like mine
I turn my Poki into Bells, as I have 1.2 million Poki and 11k Bells bc I spent them all on extensions😅

I am pretty new to the game so I'm curious on how do I fully unlock Harve's island, I have it, just only the photos thing
He should visit your island fairly early on, once all three of your villager houses are completed. After that, you'll get a letter saying he wants to talk to you about something. You'll go to his island and it should be open, you just need to go through the arch. The vendors won't be there yet though. Each one will need 100,000 bells to set up. For each vendor, you'll see one of those little characters that you donate to when you build bridges or inclines.
I believe you also have to have a 3-star island rating and to have had your first K.K. concert. The day _after_ the concert is when you get the Harv letter.

i guess since now the devs finish with splatoon 3 besides splatfest i guess now they can make the next animal crossing games.

This entire game is about waiting. You have to go back and play each day. So be patient keep busy

should i buy the dlc if i get NH hat does it give me
my advice is that if you do get it, then buy it straight up instead of with the subscription plan (idk if that's still available at all tho), and also if you're only starting to play NH, get it *after* you finish the main storyline. once there are no more "goals" set by the game, mainly tom nook, then you can get the DLC so you have more to do. that way you won't get bored nor overwhelmed by the amount of things to do ahah

i believe it's maximum 5 if you missed one the previous day, but normally 4
