    Hi Amanda! I swear by structure gel! I also have thin nails that it helps to keep strong. I first used it to fill in where a nail had an edge chipped out. But I soon realized it helps healthy nails be strong too. I have it in all 3 colors, clear, nude, pink. I’ve only used clear so far. Enjoy your trip!!

      Ahhh I’m so glad to hear that!! I will definitely be picking up their other colors. Can’t believe it has so many uses - it really is a godsend for those with naturally thing nails 🙋🏻‍♀️🙏🏼🙌🏻

    Great video as always. Can I just do a foundation coat - cure - top coat cure ( remove sticky layer & then do regular nail polish when growing out my nails! Not sure what can be combined but I want to do a French Ombre with regular polish over a gel overlay on my nails Please advise. Thanks Amanda! 💄👄💄👄💄

      Totally! Sometimes I'll just do 2 base coats with regular polish on top! It's nice to have the strength of the gel with the flexibility of the regular polish

    I’ve been using it for 3yrs now and have only soaked off once during that time. Never had any lifting at all. Had a lot of trouble with soak off. Made my nails paper thin and had to regrow my length. I keep them long. Love the stuff. Great product.

    I just tried dip powder for the first time because like you I struggle with dry, thin nails. The dip powder takes a lot of work and starts to lift after a few days. I’m so glad I found this video because I am definitely going to give this a try! Thank you so much for all of the work you put into your videos! Much appreciated! ♥️

    Scructure gel did little to strengthen my nails 🥺 I was pretty disappointed 😞 have they reformulated it since it's in a bottle and not a pot? My nails were still very bendy with it on 🥺 hard gel worked better but lifted like crazy....so, I gave up.... I just wear nail polish regularly and that helps keep them stronger 🙂

    Thanks SO much for taking the time to present this video tutorial. Just wondering if you ever use the peel-able gel base and if so, would you apply it the same way and order as the Gelish Foundation Coat? And do you just remove this process using the acetone and wrap method? BTW ... you have beautiful hands and nails.

      This stuff is the best!! And that shouldn’t be happening 🤔🤔 Be sure to prep the perimeter of the nail (buff around the cuticles) to help it adhere. Base coat first, then a coat of structure gel! Try to keep the coats really thin 🙏🏼

    Hi! I wanted to know why you cure the foundation for TWO minutes under an LED lamp when it normally only takes 5 seconds. Even a gel top coat only takes 30 seconds. I know that a layer of structure gel or builder gel needs to cure for 60 seconds but I wanted to know about the two minutes for the foundation. Just wondering if needs to be done because of using a structure gel in top of the foundation. Could you explain?

    • @AmandaBellaa
      @AmandaBellaa  ปีที่แล้ว

      No - definitely doesn't need to be that long! The shortest setting on the lamp I was using is 2 minutes. I'll sometimes pul them out sooner

    • @AmandaBellaa
      @AmandaBellaa  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It’s different than a builder gel - doesn’t dry as hard. It’s like a stronger version of regular gel!
