Just as a funny aside. At first I thought Frank had a World Class mullett going on until I zoomed in and saw the chair.
Russ one of the greatest ways to improve is to learn from guys like Frank. Frank's insights can be applied across all industries.
Haha I see it now 😂 mullet looks good
Now I can’t unsee it
Great stuff Russ! Frank Crinite is one of one and is a trailblazer in the automotive industry! Thank you both for being AMAZING and supporting our blessed community of automotive professionals!
Wow Russ adopted the CDG podcast mode pretty quick.
That aside I don't understand repeat business. I bought 5 cars in the last 3 years and I have never gone back to the same salesman, not even to the same dealership. Maybe I have not found that salesman who cares.
I've bought 3 cars from the same salesman in the last year. He's a gem. But we had to come to an understanding first.
@@justahumbledude What was that understanding if you dont mind me asking.
1st mistake someone makes when buying a car is not seeking a professional referral. Otherwise you get stuck with the new person who won’t be there in 90 days. They call you back, the answer your questions, they know their product. They know how to talk to you, understand your needs, respect your time, etc. A great salesperson is worth their weight in gold.
As a car salesman a huge part of my business is repeat customers. If a salesman can earn a customers trust by taking care of them, they will likely come back.
@@IK-gd3mt I keep hearing that but I have not found a salesman that I feel I should go back too. TBF I have never been called back by any salesman either.
From my understanding of how this guy sells. He is literally the face of the dealership. The sales man is the face of the dealership and people don’t necessarily work with him but they buy from the dealership because of him.
Frank, that's great advice!! When salespeople focus on the next sale, sales increase amazingly. It is hard to convince management to add the resources to make this happen, but there is a payoff when it happens. When my wife and I moved to Florida, the dealer I loved and worked for, said to me that he didn't believe that our sales would increase with the addition of a delivery coordinator, but he said he was thankful that I was able to sell him on the idea.
I look forward to watching this. I should've adopted "do more in less time" a long time ago.
Great insight - nice to hear the work life balance. And love how he leveraged his role.
Great interview!! I learned a lot!
I love it!!! A delivery coordinator will increase sales. Our commercial department increased sales by over 30% after adding our delivery coordinator. When your salespeople work on the next deal instead of the delivery, your sales will increase.
Thank you for this content Russ !
More to come!
This was inspiring. I’m in construction and I feel like I learned a lot to benefit myself.
Love the pod
That was an interesting conversation. I'm not a car salesperson but follow Russ because he is a hoot.
as someone who has sold for toyota for the past 4 years, i havent seen anything like this in my life
i bust my ass 50 to 60 hours a week to sell 15 to 17 cars a month. this.. is crazy
Love the Podcast. Just became a subscriber.
Thanks!
Here from TikTok. My cousin is from Springfield what a coincidence.
People + process + product = value. Customers will pay for value every time.
Amazing . I work in insurance and this was a great watch . Very similar with insurance .
Bianchi Honda in Erie, PA sells a ton of Hondas as well. Big volume store.
Frankness Fridays cracked me up! Lots of knowledge here looking forward to learning. Just did my first month with 20 + sales in Wisconsin.
I start next week, any advice?
Just bought my 2024 mazda from piazza mazda. Very good experience believe it or not.
He didn't mention anything about Honda itself their DNA their philosophy and if he and his staff and the dealership or was in line with the product itself. Frank doesn't sell cars he sells a experience that has no ending .
How often do you Post podcast on Spotify
Daym I have a buddy of mine he in AZ who works at a toyota dealership that averages 45-60 cars a month and only works about 15-18 days lol all referrals too and to keep up with the demand the store hired him an assistant who does all the paperwork and stips
everyone that praises others like he does, has never been unsuccessful in my experience
Love the figures and Pikachu Russ
Thank you for noticing hahaha
This guy has it figured out he is a dealership
Wait is this 120 cars for him self or the dealership
The Philly accent is strong in this one
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Two great dudes! Funny thought: 98% of the people I tell not to buy a car, just go buy a car somewhere else. Wild times.
Follow up from a stage 🎉 BOOM
Only way a great so called sales associate is that he is getting the price every customer is willing to pay, no messing around no scamming, this sales person sounds genuine too, hook me up with a HRV for 10 grand please out the door ( other dealers giving me the run around )
Not sure if they’re genuine but the salesman i work with are mostly skeemers that’ll do anything for a dollar. I came in doing business ethically and morally just to see all these ppl who would anything to take advantage of me. Coming from NJ i was selling 12-15 cars a month now in cali im at 7-10 only
Do you think it’s cause of a demographics or higher cost of living difference?
This guy lovessss yayo…. Mayor yayo…. Sniff sniff
I need that bank!!!
At the end of the day everything is logistics
I don’t think I could do the paperwork for 140 cars in that time…
side by side looks like you where both cloned from some lineage of salesman..........
Best compliments I’ve gotten
HE DOES NOT SELL THAT MANY CARS A MONTH
the dealership does and he gets a lil piece of each sale, I was thinking the same thing......1 dude selling that many is impossible.....simply not enough time in a day to sell 7 cars
He does tho!
@@kirkdunn1379 This is not accurate at all, he actually sells the cars.
Let’s be honest, Hondas and Toyotas sell themselves….Russ, Lincoln’s. Come on Lol
wtf 2-4-6% for a 520…. Sounds like a lie
My lady today had a 863 and she got 7.84%
was thinking the same thing
🧢
All that money when into his 👃 nose
Russ don’t follow that
