What you said about telling your brain
What you want your arm to do before you do it
That is the best advice anyone has ever said to me
    It really works
I was born with cerebral palsy
And the health people I was under didn’t give a damn
So once again a big thank you and stay safe

Yay! I'm so happy you're here! Congrats on the changes and know that your brain is AWESOME!!! It's already been able to create some changes, so it can create MORE!
Keep exploring movement, go slow, get curious about what feels good for your own body, and keep me posted! ❤️
