    I’ve ported a few of these now. I mainly focused on the finger ports and opened up the exhaust ports too. The bridge stays in but it gets a knife edge towards the exit. I’ve had pretty good results with that. I’m just a hobbyist nowhere near your level of craftsmanship, but looks like you’re gonna have a ripper. Can’t wait to see how it turns out. Great content!

    If you can't get seals, is there room to machine for a more available seal?

    Thanks for carrying us along with your thought process, everything you said sounded like major improvements. Would really appreciate seeing the machining of the bearing pockets, not a machinist, just interested in seeing.

    Looks like an interesting project. They were American made saws?

      California and several other countries to my knowledge. I am no expert, I am sure someone will correct me if wrong.

    Arent the rings same as a ms250 or 026? Ms260 something?
