I have been using an old Ipod on mines and have wanted to upgrade to a Bluetooth device, the same thing happens on my Ipod about the Aux as it seems to freeze up or need to unplug and reset. I have to reset the Ipod itself as it doesn't seem to charge the Ipod while playing and battery life quits, thought it was Ipod itself but it happens with ur Bluetooth also. Cheap alternative is a fm transmitter with 3.5 mm audio jack input that works on batteries or cigarette lighter output but only plays through stereo/cellphone, also available in Bluetooth version but can't be controlled by handlebar operation...
Thanks for the video mate. Can you please post a link to the cable you used to connect the device to the dated connectors that Kawasaki provide ?. I can’t believe that they still offer 1990s connectors on the 2023 vaquero which I just 3 weeks ago. Thank you
Kawasaki doesn’t make them anymore this guy makes them. He sells them on Facebook so you have to contact him. I’m not 100% sure about the android. I’d check out their website and see what they say. I have heard of some people using android phones with the car pro but I personally haven’t seen it
I know this video is a couple of years old... are you still using it? Im trying to decide if I want to buy a newer iphone and use a lightning adapter for navigation and music...or get a bluetooth adapter and use my android phone.
No I no longer have this on my bike, I ended up installing an aftermarket radio with bluetooth installed. it has a USB so I can plug the phone directly into it. I was able to play music and listen to the GPS directions on the cool stream if that helps any.

Has that iPod adapter failed yet? Mine burned out in less than 6 months
No mine still worked over a year and I sold it and put in an aftermarket radio. The guy I sold it to is still using it now

you have to get the cable before you can use the Bluetooth device

How is the volume out put on this? Is it quit?
The volume is fine it transmits from my IPhone at full volume
