Kawasaki Vaquero's and Voyagers have had this drivability problems with the on/off throttle situation for years. Why Kawasaki hasn't fixed this, is a mystery. It is the only thing wrong with this model line. It's great that you are out there addressing the issue and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this fix for all owners of these Vulcans. I've had a few riders of these bikes at my class that have NOT had ''the fix'' and I can tell you getting a good handle of the friction zone (clutch/throttle coordination) is difficult without this ECU flash.
@@TeamMooreMafia I've had 3 new Triumph Bonneville variations and 6 or 7 new Harley's that had perfect throttle response right out of the showroom. But I've ridden many newer sport bikes that will cough and sputter at lite throttle.
@TeamMooreMafia I've been looking at possibly getting one of these bikes over a Harley I've owned Harleys in the past but they're just you overpriced these days my question is where do you get all the aftermarket parts for these bikes cuz I need apehangers because I'm taller possibly some bigger side bags.
I had a M109R and that thing was a beast stock and with a full system and k&n air filters she woke up even more. That would be fun to see on the dyno with some before and after numbers.

That bike is SOOOooo sick. I'll take a Vulcan over a Harley any day. I know I'll arrive on time, and in comfort. OK, that's a GoldWing description, but still, Vulcans are so amazing. I quit riding years ago, so I'm just a spectator now, but the fact that I could send you my ECU is like magic.
Thanks for the video. Just bought a 2023 kawasaki vulcan vaquero. Dealership had installed some upgrades. 1 was the freedom exhaust. Not sure if slip on or not. But had bad fuel mileage and a lot of popping on the deceleration. Dealership went an had it tuned and I still have popping and fuel mileage is a little better. Said it was all they could do without voiding the warranty. Runs hot still pushing the temp almost touching the peak notch. Thanks. Have a good one.
I have a R1 and a 2020 Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero 1700 ABS. Bringing them both to you to be flashed, tuned, whatever you do to make them better. Like what you are doing.
Ivan’s specializes in Kawasaki and probably would be a better bet as he spent more time tuning for the best performance where is these guys do mostly sport bikes and did one and figured they would try to capitalize on it and take the some mom and pop shops business!!!
Heck yeah, I like the big cruisers. We’re a big fan base. I’d like to see what you can extract from my VMax. I like your methods of tuning and your explanations. Definitely one of my favorite performance channels. 👍👍
Totally different bike than my GSXR 1000, but that's exactly what the ECU flash helped with mine as well... The throttle Chopiness is gone. This really helps coming out of corners smoothly.
Have you guys looked at doing ECU flashes for the 2023 Kawasaki Vulcan S 650? The folks that make the Booster Plug won't make them for the 2021 and newer Vulcan S' because of the more stringent EU environmental laws.

I have a 13 Voyager that is all stock and I was wondering when you do the flash what temperature do you set for the fan to turn then off vs the factory temps.
Got my ecu flashed on my l5 gsxr600 with decat pipe. Why has the kick in the power band disappeared its not noticeable just revs and has a kick at 10k were it had before but not as strong , the bike doesn't feel any quicker or pull hard like it did. Is it because it constantly making more power through the rpm so its less noticeable ? Or with the ecu restrictions it holds back and gives the power in steps
