Authentic Kerala Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Rice :1 cup
Ginger : small
Garlic :3
Green chilli :2
Mint leaves :few
Coriander leaves :few
Ghee ,oil or butter :2tsp
Cloves :3
Cinnamon : small stick
Cardamom :2
Bay leaf :1
Onion :1/2
Carrot :1/2 of 1
beans :4
or any vegetables
Salt : 3/4 tp 1 tsp
Cashew paste of 10 opt
Hot Water : 1 3/4 cup for basmati rice
2 cups for Jeerakasala ,3 cups if u r using vessel to make pulao
Sugar :1/4tsp
Cashew nuts roasted :10
Coriander leaves

ഹായ് വീണക്കുട്ടീ, ഞാൻ പണ്ട് തൊട്ടേ ഇങ്ങിനെയാണ് വയ്ക്കാറ്. ഒരു വ്യത്യാസം cashew paste ചേർക്കില്ല. ഒരു പത്തുതുള്ളി നാരങ്ങാനീരു ചേർക്കും. സീസണാണേൽ ഗ്രീൻപീസ് ഇടും. പണ്ടു ബാങ്കിൽ എല്ലാ ശനിയാഴ്ചയും working day ആയിരുന്നു. So എല്ലാ Sundayum ഇതായിരിക്കും. എന്നാലെ ബാക്കി പണികൾ തീർക്കാനാകൂ. Retirement നു ശേഷമാണ് സ്വാദിഷ്ടമായ ഫുഡ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി ആസ്വദിച്ച് കഴിക്കുന്നത് മോളെ 😊😊
