How to make Easy Chicken Pulao
Big onion - 3 nos
TOMATO - 2 nos
ghee - 3 tbs
Sugar - 1tsp
Cinnamon - 2 Pieces
Cloves - 6 - 7 nos
ginger paste - 11/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 11/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1tsp
Water - 31/2 - 4 Cups
BASMATHI RICE - 2 Cups
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Salt( according to taste )

I am in NZ and today I tried the chicken pulav recipe for my husbands office colleagues, as it looked yum and easy to prepare... especially here, the nationals love our food (when it’s medium in spice level) and this was one best dish for me to make and make the best of the opportunity... everything came out soo well, the flavour and aroma and chicken cooked well too... but I had a problem, my whole pulav in the end looked and texture wise was a bit soggy... what should I have done???? I did add 2tsp vinegar into the boiling water and still my rice became soggy... felt really sad that I couldn’t make it perfectly as urs!!! Please advice
