I am Little Anthony's eldest son. I want to thank you for reacting to my father's songs 'Tears On My Pillow'. It is always refreshing to see younger generations liking his songs. Go down the rabbit hole. He was inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in 2009. He still tours the country mostly on the east coast. Thank you again for your kind words. I will show him this reaction.

I have been listening to your Father since at least 1962. Love his music. The video of him singing two kinds of people in the world during the Kenny Vance interview video is solid gold. It;s like being there with him.

"Tears On My pillow" (1958). "Hurt So Bad," (1957) "Going Out of My Head," (1959) "Shimmy Simmy Ko Ko Bop," (1954) are just a few of their hits done back in the 50's. This great song shows how great Little Anthony and the Imperials were. Great reaction as always.

Hurt so Bad and Goin Out If My Head was not in The 50’s but “1964, during the early 60’s with Teddy Randazzo leading them out of that Doo Wop sound and when they had their best music. Including those 2 songs, “I’m on The Outside Looking In,” “Hurt,” “Never Again” and several others

Before the mid 90s you had to really be able to sing, to be a singer. There was no autotune. You either had talent or you didn’t. That’s why music before mid 90s and earlier sounds so much better than music now.
