    The brand new Segway Ninebot F2 Pro would easily blow the F40 and the rest of the listed scooters out of the water combining the reliability/durability of the Max G30P with its 10-inch tubeless, self-sealing tires, with the portability of the former and the added front suspension and the significantly increased power of the new Ninebot Max G2!
    Not to mention, it travels at a fast 20 mph top speed!

    Paul, if you feel the G30 ancient, that Zero 8 platform used by Emove and Fluid is downright prehistoric…I bought my Max a month ago and for the price, you can’t get any better except by the Kqi3 max, which is often on sale.

    Outstanding and Informative video (as always). I'm not a fan of the MAX mainly because of its folding mechanism. However, the one advantage it still has (its super power) over the others - is that replacement parts are plentiful and mostly affordable. When a scooter reaches that level of success, parts are very easy to get. Mods are also everywhere too.
    But, it definitely is an old, boring, bulky design (that was never really cool to begin with). Lots of new competitive models from other companies.

I was wondering if you plan to do such reviews in the future. I have a Ninebot Max G 30 as well as an Inokim Quick 3 both of which I got a year and a half ago. The thing you get with the max is reliability tho. You get a reputable brand and a product that is out in the market for 3 years and has a shit load of riders, the vast majority reporting it’s a tank. The community is huge, you can buy spare parts for dirt cheap, mod it plus if you get it from warehouses importing directly from the factory, you can get it for prices lower than any of the other scooters you showed (people in europe could buy it for 500€ new during 2022, now it is 600€, still crazy good value).

    I think every scooter on this list except the emove touring and FFR horizon is worthy of dethroning the ninebot max. The build quality of these NIU, OKAI Anyhill scooters is superior to both of those. Also, the tire size at only 8 inches is way too small and riding a scooter with 10 in tires (even without suspension) is more stable and safe. I used to have a touring and the small tires + OK build quality proved to be its downfall after 1000 miles it just started having a ton of issues. Heard similar stories about the horizon. Would be nice to see a touring or horizon redesign with 10 in tires, similar build quality to the Apollo air and maintain the suspension. Also with the introduction of tubeless tires, having a rear solid tire is just unnecessary as tubeless air tires are the best.

    I don't know what information you have on ninebot max, but none of the scooters described by you beat the range on it. I do easily 60 (and it is advertised at 65 range) km with one charge

    • @ESG-ElectricScooterGuide
      @ESG-ElectricScooterGuide  ปีที่แล้ว

      The advertised range of scooters means very little, which is why we test them all. We tested all of the scooters the same way: 165 lb rider on our test loop from 100% charge, until they stopped going and we had to push them back to home base. It makes sense that the Neon Pro in particular, went so much further because it has a much larger battery than the Ninebot MAX. -Paul

    The biggest problem with obscure brands is the repair. You either become your own mechanic or throw it into the trash as no one wants to repair them (no experience or stocked parts).

      I feel they are similar but the Hiboy is a little more comfortable to ride, handles a tiny bit better overall. Range is similar. The G30 is great. You can’t go wrong with either one. They are both heavy cruisers that will go for long rides. Both have good drum brakes.
