    I got to say.. after I finished the stretch I may become a morning yoga person for the most days. I did morning yoga couple times but it wasn't as peaceful as it is with you. Also here is a rainy morning, I'm in the country side. And while I was backing the screen I saw through my window two sparrows on a wire. 💚

    Really lovely, just what I needed this morning. One tiny comment is I would have like to hold the stretches just a little longer to get more benefit. Look forward to trying more of your vids as a first timer with you :)

    As I'm trying out meditations as part of my evening routine, I just had to put on this video and it arrived at perfect timing right before bed time (for me)
    Actually worked as a good motivator for me to actually go to bed, as I usually want to stay up late so that the day never ends. It made me excited for the morning tomorrow

    Kalyn I loved this so much, a perfect start to my morning. I struggle with yoga because of chronic pain and fatigue so I modify where I can but don't do as much yoga as I'd like, but today was mostly manageable for me and I feel so motivated for my day ahead! Thank you! You really are glowing and it radiates to us all xx

    I haven't done yoga, or any workouts in like a year. I was focusing more on diet and my mental health. My body got so stiff. This morning I decided I'd try your yoga for the first time in a long time, since I've followed you forever. And let me tell you, first off. My body feels so good I could cry. Secondly, I used to do yoga all the time and no one showed the mods. Like tou did. Definitely will be coming back regularly for sure . I love you girl ♡ thank you for being in this life with us ♡

    How do you know which poses are okay or not for being a pregnant?
    I actually was terrified watching this video and I couldn't stop looking at your belly and keep imaging whether this position is comfortable for the baby or not all the time 😂
