Will this make a laptop slower or no difference
Yes of course it will make the laptop slower than it was before but if you have minimum 4gb ram then it will work. Windows takes half the ram usage and adding rainmeter and live wallpaper will use ram more. This will make the pc start slower and lag on startup because of the many things loading at the same time

Unfortunately, there is no way to set live wallpaper on the lock screen you have to set a static image of it
Can it will look good if not set an live wallpaper and use noraml but good wallpaper and use that all things which are in video like icons and time so that my laptop will not take to much load on it and it will work smoothly
