I would use Wallpaper Engine instead of rainmeter to give more flexibility and effects(clock, date/time and wallpaper effects). But this is pretty impressive nonetheless.

Nice but not my thing.. opening the window will leave a empty stripe of your background on the bottom which agitates me more than I'd like + the ugly windows logo on the left is just an eye sore :/ Not to mention a lot of this may look nice if you only stare at your desktop background but it loses all functionality once you use the PC for what it's made for.. you want to see what time it is? Yeah gotta minimize to desktop for it. Not really practical and it requires more resources from your PC and the output is basically a downgraded experience :/
