    Ingredients you’ll need:
    - 40g Self Rising Flour (or White Flour + 1 tsp Baking Powder)
    - 10g Coconut Flour
    - 100g Greek Yogurt
    - 69g Egg Whites
    - 56g (1/4 cup) Pizza Sauce
    - 28g (1/4 cup) Mozzarella CHEESE!
    Tips:
    ** I used full-fat Mozzarella cheese because it’s delicious. You can use light/fat-free cheese to make this even lower calorie & higher protein.
    ** If your oven doesn’t make the bottom of the crust crispy but the cheese has melted, throw the pizza on a pan over medium-high heat until the bottom gets crisp. This mimics a pizza stone/brick oven and gets the bottom extra crisp.

    I just made this recipe last night for the first time, and its AMAZING! I made an onion, sweetcorn & sausage pizza PLUS a super cheesy garlic bread (so doubled the recipe) and it all came to only 1100 cals. You are an anabolic culinary genius with all these recipes you keep pumping out! Keep up the good work! 😁

    Its 69g of eggwhites because 69 looks like the symbol of the astrological sign for cancer rotated by 90 degrees.
    It means this recipe is so healthy it knocks out cancer.
    Really deep and philosophical. Nice thinking, Rahul!

    I tried your recipe before and it was delicious.. for my second try i did some modifications, i replaced the greek yogurt with 100g cottage cheese, i didn't use coconut flour but i used 5g of psyllium husk powder and 5g of wheat bran.. had to add some water bc it was so sticky and 3g of sweetener to cover psyllium husk flavor lol. It came out super good, i got more volume and way more cheese flavor thanks to cottage cheese. yeah and i used like 10g of mozzarella cheese and it was more than enough TBH. thanks for the recipe Rahul absolute game changer!

  • @rickytrash

    Bro, I love your videos and as I'm sitting here eating this pizza, I have to give you a pro tip. I always use half of a serving low fat mozzarella (35 calories) and one full serving (40 calories) of fat free mozzarella. The key to getting the cheese to melt perfectly every time is...after your spread it out, give it a light spray with non-stick spray! It doesn't melt because there's no moisture. Add a little bit of olive oil spray to it and you will have perfectly melted cheese so you can add even more without adding the calories! Keep up the good work!

    • @RahulKamat
      @RahulKamat  3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      I’ve never tried spraying ff cheese with oil spray to get it to melt, need to give that a shot. Thanks for the tip! A combo of low fat mozz and ff mozz is a great idea too!

    • @rickytrash
      @rickytrash 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@RahulKamat yeah! you can't go wrong with more cheese! Also, you get a little fat in your diet, along with the part-skim helping with melting process. The spray is the key, though. Works like a charm.

    • @kite6864
      @kite6864 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Just made this crust and it was A*M*A*Z*I*N*G. Crispy/chewy texture, and i could only taste the coconut if i strained my tastebuds really hard. And in any case, since i was making a Hawaiian, i thought it would be churlish of me to complain about a bit of coconut to go with my pineapple. I sprinkled a tiny bit (5g) of semolina on the parchment before spreading out the dough and it made it even more crispy and pizza-crust-like. Recommend.

      @@RahulKamat I've been on a healthy pizza quest for over 2 months now and I've always struggled to find a dough recipe that would be voluminous and low in cals and as I'm an Italian from Italy, I'm very pedantic when it comes to it, but this one does the trick. By the way, if you want the perfect sauce, use tomato passata, splash of soy sauce (or salt), a pinch of smoked paprika and a pinch of garlic granules.

    If you have extra time you should try making just a traditional high hydration pizza crust with yeast. You would be surprised how much volume for the same amount of calories you get by letting it rise and from stretching it out. A small amount of real dough can go a long way.

    Hey man I noticed when you showed the alternative way to make the crust with the Greek yogurt and flour, you didn’t knead the dough. Curious to know if that’s a crucial step? I’ve watched a lot of the other TH-cam two ingredient pizza doughs and everyone says the dough must be kneaded after the ball is formed for about 10 minutes. Do you think we can skip that step?

    • @RahulKamat
      @RahulKamat  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In my experience, you don’t have to knead it. The dough doesn’t get as thick as real pizza dough unless you use a ton of flour. Just mix it really well (maybe even over-mix it longer than you think you need to) and it should work great!

    • @RahulKamat

      It’s an important ingredient because it’s much more absorbent than reg flour. 10g of coconut flour will absorb and hold onto a lot more liquid than 10g of flour, resulting in a better consistency pizza for fewer cals
