@@ashleycaviness lol you think things are worse because you’re not looking at facts you’re looking at social media where we now see awful things (and lots of good things too) much more often because of the ability to record, photograph and share experiences to a global audience.
But the truth is in statistics - crime is going down, divorce rates are down (also marriages to be fair though, but boomer’s were the ones to send the divorce rate so high originally).
The decades prior show us child *buse wasn’t really discussed, it was hush hush (especially SA). Marital r*pe didn’t exist in court. The idea of schools not being segregated by colour was horrifying. The 70’s-90’s was the Golden Age for Serial Killers. The world was a worse place but there was also a lot of lead poisoning so it makes sense the previous generations seem to forget the past and see it through rose tinted glasses. But it’s interesting that they seem to complain about generations THEY raised. All because people are trying to break cycles and do better now that we know better.

I'm sorry for the childhood she grew up in but that doesn't mean everyone else should make allowances for her while they try to fix her. She is a grown woman and needs to take those steps herself from the first time she lashed out like that. If he wants a divorce, then Dr. Phil's team needs to help them navigate through that in a safer and healthy way.
