1. When bored I'll clean out my work truck. 2. I enjoy fishing. But sometimes I'll just reorganize my tackle box, see if I'm in need of hooks, weights etc. 3. Working out is a regular. Keeps you from feeling stagnant. 4. Catching up on an extra chore or project around the house that you've been putting off will boost your sense of completion and self esteem. 5. I love going into my wardrobe and seeing what I'll be wearing tomorrow, what combinations I haven't yet tried, etc. It inspires you to stay on your game, to remain dressed to impress.
I'd love to see what he brings to the table in that video since he's a man in his 40s, it'll either be really creative or just a complete ".......aight." moment
This video really resonated with me Alpha, I just moved out of my parent's house for the first time with my girlfriend, and I have been feeling pretty distant from my family lately, especially my Mom. I'm slowly realizing that I don't have to let family become distant because that's just "a part of life" and "growing up". Family is everything to me, and I have the power to keep it that way. Like you said in the video, I can take the action to simply pick up the phone and give my mom a call and go get dinner or something. Thank you for providing some clarity to my life, and a reminder of the power we all have as men. We have the power to create change, every single one of us. Your videos have helped me realize that I don't have to take the back seat anymore. I can be the leader when I know things can be done better, and I can make the change when I know I want things to be different in my life.

When I am bored I will go indoor rock climbing at a gym, it's not expensive at all and its really fun and a great workout. I also go mountain biking on some local trails. I will also hike mountains. And I will watch Alpha M videos to improve my lifestyle.

I shall add to the list for what I do: -Read a book -Learn skills (Japanese, Adobe products, Microsoft Office, etc.) -Go to the library to find any random book that sticks out to me and *read* again (also they might have reference books like textbooks or encyclopedias that can only be viewed there.) -Study the earth via Google Maps to learn about countries, and their capitals (and flags but separately) which not only is useful to know but can help with future travel plans -Plan future trips whether it's with your friends or yourself -Play video games/solve puzzles -Exercise
Sometimes I watch anime, not an all the time thing but I have been watching Japanese content on TH-cam. It's actually convenient for me cause the LA library has lots of manga for me to read lol. My favorite so far is Doraemon.
A note on the walking through the woods, the Japanese have a word for that called shinrinyoku wich means bathing in the Forrest, Therapists in Japan will actually advise Forrest therapy, for people to walk through the woods to improve thier mood.

My thing I just recently started doing is trying to cook slightly more elaborate meals from old cookbooks but what makes it fun is sometimes I have to eyeball measurements or sub certain ingredients and it takes me out of just going to 7-11 or Chipotle,it eats time and it saves me money and I get to be creative

Antique stores are lit. I love looking at all of the antique and unique furniture and woodworkings. I myself am a woodworker and it’s good to get ideas and see a sense of pride in ones own craftsmanship that is severely lacking in a lot of crafts lately.
Working out obviously works my mind in a mental state of concentration, exploring your body through using its functions and understanding what it’s capable of without you even having a slight idea of its potential.
-Actually cook one of those crazy recipes you see blowing up on social media (eg chesseburger pizza, etc) -Make a fire COMPLETELY from scratch (eg - look up 'Primitive Technology') -Put your engineering/science skills to the test to create your own rocket/bomb/etc (eg ice cream using dry ice, rocket fuel using household ingredients etc) -Learn new skills which have a bunch of novelty (eg Buy a slackline and learn how to walk across it, or learn how to juggle, do a magic trick, learn how to play All Star on instrument of choice, etc) -Actually do some study or start that assignment earlier than the night before...... -Do something physical (eg hike with friends, go to the gym, learn how to do a backflip, make a lame trickshot video etc) -Learn how to use photoshop or other editing software to make fancy memes, to 'give' yourself that six pack you've always wanted, to make your best mate look like a girl etc. Watch more alpha m. videos ha
Hey why not? haha its fun as long as you're doing it safely away from anyone else or their property :) A heaps minimalistic 'bomb' could be eg - (Fill a coke bottle with a third water, add dry ice, close cap tightly, shake up, let the dry ice sublimate and increase pressure in bottle, wait for moderate explosion - just dont be too close or can damage ears and hurt, etc)
*btw emphasis on wearing safety goggles or some form of eye protection. I know someone who almost went blind in one eye because he was stupid and a dry ice bomb blew up in his hand exploding into his eye......
I did a free tour of my towns Public Utilities department, and next up is a free tour of the fire and rescue department of my hometown, they are all great, and it's a wonderful time and VERY informational as to how they classify each part of your hometown as "NEED" or "non-essential" in terms of power outages, prioritizing basic power needs and where you stand in the scheme of their plans for emergencies. Its really neat! I also did the "National Night-Out" which was put together as a way to let the public know just how much effort your home town (or the town you live in) to see just what they do to make us safe! All free, which, since I am on a limited budget, is a great way to learn and find out what you can do in your OWN community/town to see what they still need for support!
Going for a walk is also a very good thing to do in your bored hours. It's healthy, the fresh air clears your mind, you can lose weight, you can think things through what bothers you or just you'd like to think through, and it have many more benefits.
Surprisingly I fully agree with all these methods. I've been doing all this for years and it helped shaped me into being a more interesting person. For those who do not know how to talk to women or men doing these things will help you spark a conversation you never know what will happen when you're doing all these things I've had a lot of random situations and funny stories to tell people. It's also a great way to meet new people and possibly your future gf/bf. The only downside in doing these activities is that weather matters if it's cold you're not going to want to go anywhere. I recommend having hobbies you do inside and other hobbies outside.

When I started feeling bored, I quickly read some journal or books. I get bored easily and escape the boredom by reading. I also do the alternatives as he said in the vid, especially walking around the city. I think life is beautiful when I can enjoy myself and forget about people demandings.
Reading books is a great idea, and i also go out for some skateboarding session, it doesn't matter if I'm alone, i can always practice and grt my bag of tricks on lock. Your videos are great, I'm definitely improving and putting out my alpha inner self.

Going out driving a motorbike (or scooter) is definitely one of the top 5 activities to do when bored, apart from the ones you mentioned in the video. Astronomy!!! If I’m bored I study the stars and planets. If it’s daytime I go online and browse around TH-cam or Google for Astronomy tips or data. If it’s night I am SO star gazing!
One thing I absolutely love to do when I have like a weekend off is I will go to neighboring cities or states and hit up nightclubs and I can talk my way into working the bar for the weekend. It's always a blast to do

It's also a great way to meet new people and possibly your future gf/bf. The only downside in doing these activities is that weather matters if it's cold you're not going to want to go anywhere. I recommend having hobbies you do inside and other hobbies outside.

When I started feeling bored, I quickly read some journal or books. I get bored easily and escape the boredom by reading. I also do the alternatives as he said in the vid, especially walking around the city. I think life is beautiful when I can enjoy myself and forget about people demandings.

Reading books is a great idea, and i also go out for some skateboarding session, it doesn't matter if I'm alone, i can always practice and grt my bag of tricks on lock. Your videos are great, I'm definitely improving and putting out my alpha inner self.

Going out driving a motorbike (or scooter) is definitely one of the top 5 activities to do when bored, apart from the ones you mentioned in the video. It's amazing to ride on twisty little roads through the region really putting your mind on hold, stopping for a drink and a wiz and taking of again… Even without a gps - asking people the right direction is like… cool!

When I'm bored I workout in my room (Mainly some squats or push ups), cleaning, doing my eyebrows (Tweezers), Google, my dear mtb (Weather, cycle and health a part), manage PC files (Delete MY section in pics where I leave 'em without using them), cuddling my cats...
But mainly: Clean, keeping fit, and making order.
