You don’t have to be Russian to be disgusted by Skittle Pox. The ads that you think are strange are absolutely common in America.
    Here is my advertising slogan...
    “Stop Watching Television.”
    Thanks for another wonderful video.

Most of these are oddly similar to Australian ads. They're either making fun of themselves, or WAY too seriously, and yes dozens of ads for fungus, stomach ache, yeast infection.
Your cat food ad is awesome and seems very familiar somehow.

The singing commercials - NO! The cat commercial was just weird. Skittles - I wish I had a Skittles bear! Miramistin must be a wonder medicine! The US has some truly annoying and stupid commercials, thank God for the DVR!

With the women slogans. I don’t know. The slogans themselves just don’t make that much sense in the context of the campaign. «shrugs».
As for the first singing commercial. I’ve seen many strange commercials like this. It basically just to catch your attention with the sheer ridiculousness of it. Sometimes these commercials work sometimes for the benefit and sometimes they don’t.
As for the other two singing commercials. I rather liked the first one (ice king) It was stylish and seemed to fit the product.
The second one was fine. Nothing particularly special about it. Granted using celebrities to sell products is completely normal here in the U.S. So...I couldn’t say why there were negative reaction to these commercials.
Now that cat commercials....that was weird to me. I believe I understood the concept of the commercial. But the actors had such flat affects it took me out of the commercial. Granted that is just my opinion.
The bear one was funny, though a bit strange. One thing that makes me gag hard is the thought of hair in my food. So seeing people eat skittles from a bear fur was a little hard to watch.
Oh. And the skittle pox commercial I believe was a fail here in the states as well. The commercial was just dumb in concept.
As for foot fungus. Yeah we have those too.
With the pool. I never run across such a rule as showing hands or feet to anyone one before entering the pool. Though I have been ask a couple time to make sure my kids had swim diapers on before entering a pool when they were young.
As for the all purpose sickness/sunburn/cut medicine....sounds awesome...where do I get some. 😊
As for hangover medicine. I don’t really see those commercials over here that often. They do exist but are pretty rare.

Whether this is documented or not, much Russian sounds Italian to my English ears.

don't actually know. lifestyle takes hard when I was filming but easy to editing. But talking video requires big preparing and a lot of editing. I like when there is happened something interesting and funny and I can film it.

@@russianblogbytanyaandriyan4079 - Maybe you do a little News and Weather (you would have to be careful to not tell something that was sensitive). Maybe a repeat of events of Russian News, especially funny stuff, such as I hear that Russia Government is investigating establishment of government run internet in case it is needed.

Hi Tanya, did you change your hair? You look wonderful!
I can see why people got upset about Rebok ads now that you explained earlier about feminism in Russia or lack thereof.
Those commercials with the singers are awful, they make the singers look stupid and like they sold out.
The commercials with the cats are great!
I'm glad Russians can laugh at themselves sometimes, that is healthy. Yes, that skittlespox commercial is disgusting even here in the US, but I understand it is still running! It turned me off of Skittles, I won't eat them any more. I do not eat them much, but still...
We get far too much medicine commercials her in the US as well and they are usually dangerous and we are told false information about infections to sell the medicines.
I did not know those rules about Russian swimming pools. I actually think that is a good precaution because even if it is true that there is no epidemic or what have you as it can prevent it from occurring. (I don't believe there is even though I do not live there. I do notice that Russians are very up on hygiene. I was taught by my Russian grandparents to wash my hands every time I came in from outdoors).
I do not watch TV and haven't for years and commercials are part of the reason why. I sometimes run across commercials on other TVs or the internet where they interrupt as well.

I dont get that last commercial, for Miramistin, pharmaceutical medicine needs to either be applied onto the body, or inside the body, but according to that Ad, you can use Miramistin spray on burns and sore throats.
