In this episode, we go from the immense high of seeing Iroh again to the deepest of downs of seeing Tenzin ask what happened to his little girl
Everyone favorite uncle is back and his name is iroh
Much better than that mf EarOh
I like to think that Sokka kind of like adopted Bumi as his favorite nephew and was always around when Aang was too focused on Tenzin.
I even saw some cool fan art of Sokka war painting Bumi in preparation of his boating coming of age ceremony, which makes sense, as not only Aang's people's culture must be continued, but also Katara's side too.
Korra is a child to show that she is afraid and she is young in the spirit world because it’s her inner child and it doesn’t happen until she’s afraid
She then had to “mature” because she’s neglected spiritual training for soo long
She has to grow in grace

Uncle Iroh still full of the best wisdom and advice for us all. Not ashamed to say it, I cheered and cried when I saw him come back. Didn't realize how much I missed his character until then.

This is a very nostalgic episode for Last Air Bender fans. The Spirit Library and more importantly Uncle Iroh.

Yeah, no. More like a callback to a better version of the Avatar series/world, one where spirits were mysterious and had their own agenda and whimsies, and characters actually mattered.

This episode is sooo good. Once again proving that this season is overhated.
Spirits go from mysterious forces with their own agenda and whimsies, into normal people affected by other people's feelings, while there's a bland battle between good and evil spirits.

The comics don't say this. It says Sokka fought the (edited for spoilers - group that Unalaq was in) but doesn't say anything about him dying from the encounter.

This is unfortunately the peak of season 2. Keep at it, though, season 3 is incredible.

Not a huge fan of this episode though it's cool to see Iroh again. It just doesn't make lots of sense to me because of the spirit world vs material world dynamic again.
Maybe Korra reverted to child form as a defense mechanism to produce those positive thoughts because of simplistic innocence?
Because she wasn't mature in her spiritual connection. This episode is fire wdym
@@TimothyGod she didn't appear as a child when she first entered. And I don't think anyone else has had their age change like that in the spirit world
@@thetizic right, but then the issue arose where she felt helpless and then reverted. Just because something hasn't happened, doesn't mean it can't. Cause clearly she did here
@@TimothyGod If anything I'd credit the whole ordeal being more of her perception because no other living person besides her actually see this. And spiritually maturity as a factor doesn't seem like an issue in Korra compared to ATLA where it was an ethereal plane instead of another world/dimension the way it's shown here.
