Break the coco coir to layers for easy rolling and roll it on a pvc pipe.. or use zip ties first to hold it in place before wrapping.
    work smarter not harder 😉

I found your video today as I just got in a coco pole and wanted information on watering and such with it. I am usually very , picky, about who I watch as voice and body language can be annoying to me at times. I have to say I immediately connected with your personality and I am subscribing. You seem like fun and real. You keep the video going without dragging things out or repeating constantly. And am I correct that this is your first video? If so, job well done! Side note without being a weirdo or creeper, you are absolutely beautiful! Your eyes and skin tone is very beautiful! I’m looking forward to learning more from your videos.

If you drill holes in side of pot you can ziptie the pole to the pot. Helps 😀

This is exactly what I was going to do. I bought a coco pole from my local place, but wanted to wrap some wicking rope around it, I’d just not seen anyone else do it!

That was super informative and I've never used the coco because I know it doesn't retain the moisture, I would have never thought to put it on the outside like that! Now I'm going to have to try it 💕

Hi Crystal it's me again, Roxanne, I just read your "about" to see if you lived close to me but all you said was you live in the United States. Then I watched another video and you mentioned Dallas it was your video on collecting rainwater. You showed me an easy way to collect rainwater. because I have some carnivorous plans that can't have anythning but distilled water, reverse osmosis water and something else kind of water. I was reluctant because of mosquitoes. But like in your video I just put a lid on it and it'll be okay and my roommate won't get freaked out thinking I'm breeding mosquitoes. Roxanne

hi Crystal, Great, a down home girl with common sense and uses what she's got, brains. I haven't made one yet but I'm going to make my own Moss Pole. Your mesh looks like what I got from Amazon just plastic 40" which I thought would be a good height. As for your plants topping over, some people sit their whole planted pot in a ceramic pot, they're very expensive, but what I was thinking is maybe just put a big heavy Rock in the bottom of your pot. I'm trying to get rid of dirt and use LECA. Enjoyed your video and I'll come back soon.! Roxanne

This is the second video of yours that I've seen.
    You are so awesome!!
All your information and your personality are working together perfectly.
I will definitely get coco for poles I need to make, instead of the spagnum moss that I was going to get.
Do you think a non-self watering pole for plants I want to bottom water would be ok with spagnum moss (above soil) and the bottom of the pole just bare would be fine for bottom watering plants?
Thank you again for your videos!

You're welcome! 😊 And yes, I can't see your plant have any issues by using a non-self watering pole that way for the plants you want to bottom water. Good luck! 💕💖

Very informative 😊 so can a pvc pipe be used for both these? Sorry if you mentioned it in the video, I didn’t catch it.

I did mention pvc but I definitely see people doing this with PVC more than without it. I just didn't have any nor did I feel like getting some at home depot or lowes. But you can instead of using the bamboo sticks 🙂
