Great job using black to compliment all of your pieces!!! Personally I think the round Fleur de lis tray would look better on the bottom because the clock is also round. Maybe I’d switch it with the painting. Just personal preference😁👍
I was surprised that you put the candle on the underneath side of the table as well. There's no way you could like that candle without it burning the table! Also, I'm not crazy about the round fleur-de-lis directly under the round clock. I think a different shape like a square would do better why don't you just put the picture on top of the table?

You find the best items n always knock them out of the park with the way you bring them back to life with a whole new vibe. Everything looks high end. Love it. Have an amazing week.
Love the decorated entryway table, it all turned out amazing but when you started painting the beautiful frame with the bluebonnets I was a bit worried lol but wow, it turned out beautiful! And the table you painted black & finished with the stencil looks amazing! Thanks for the inspiration!!
Would love to see more of your booth! Love everything you do - you certainly know how to bring everything, including thrift store finds, into any home!
I love the table makeover and your hall decor. I never decorated with black either but I recently started using it on my front porch and throughout my yard. I have two black lanterns and a small glass top table with black legs. I restored a large black planter stand and pot. I’m planning on putting a large fern in it. I bought those magnetic black hinges for my garage door I’m very pleased with how everything looks. I like to see your booth also
Yes booth pics are fun to get ideas as well! I loved the vignette. The pieces work together even though I would have arranged differently, that’s just personal preference. My favorite was the painting…what a difference!
I'm so not a fan of black but your table scape with all black is gorgeous !! I also loved the black table with a white stencil !! You are so inspiring and talented ! It is so fun to watch you !! Yes more of your booth please !
The lamp shades are so perfect for those black lamps! ❤ The gold and copper Rub 'n Buff made all the difference for the picture frame and the fleur-de-lis medallion...perfection!! You pulled the whole vignette together beautifully. I absolutely love your furniture flips and would love to see more of that...the side table turned out soooo gorgeous! What a great video, ❤️!!
Very nice, Cory! Before you put the second candle on the lower shelf, I was picturing a blue glass vase or bottle to pick up the blue in the painting and the wallpaper. I love all the things you find at Goodwill; I never seem to find anything worth looking at twice. And my favorites are your furniture flips!
Girl, seriously. You could be a stager for any high end home decorating store! You have an eye! This one blew me away. Also, I think you have a nice balance of showing your booth and showing your projects and hauls. I like seeing how you stage at your booth, but I LOVE watching your creativity!❤
That blue clock looked as if it’s a Dresden piece! My favorite! I loved all of the flips that you did. My favorite was the painting. You have such a good eye to see that the black would bring out the colors in the painting, while the gold highlights brought it all together.
I would love to see your booth more! This was a great video, loved all the pieces, especially the blue bonnet picture and the black table. I absolutely loved your vignette. It really is perfect. But because I love that picture so much, I wonder if there is a way to rearrange things so that is on top of the table. So many possibilities with your classic pieces!
You did real good here ☺️ I see a mirror above the table but I understand if you prefer the clock 🥰 I folllow a British lady who wraps all her cords in jute twine, it looks amazing, so you don’t have to worry about hiding them. Looking forward to a few choice items from your garage 😉
You did a beautiful job. I admire your good taste and insight when you choose paint colors and finishes. I am afraid to do that. I loved the little black table and wish I lived in Texas so I could run out and buy it. I'm sure it sold quickly.
yes, I love the way you show some shopping, and then the makeovers! I would also love to see occasional updates on your booth too. I keep hoping I run into you at the painted tree!
Corey, you look so pretty today and I love your hair like that! The table is really pretty. Good luck on getting all those pieces in the garage finished before the storms hit!
I love how you take us through the process of thrifting all the way through to styling the finished product! From start to finish, it really awakens more of my creative side. I just love it! I would love to see your booth more as well. Maybe do a decorate with me type of video. If it's not too much trouble, maybe do something like from start to finish on your items and a style with me with the finished items. I don't know if that would be too complicated to do or not but it would be awesome to watch!!!! Thank you for all you do and all of your creative advice. Your tips/tricks/hacks/etc are really helpful and I appreciate you for sharing with us.
That painting looks so fresh with the black frame! I enjoyed this video! So far as seeing your booth-- I'd be open to seeing a clip once a week. If things are moving as quickly as they seem to be, I think we'd be able to see changes. Or even every other week if that's usually when you do a refresh. I love seeing your booth!
P.S. They sell this peel and stick tube for hiding wires behind open tables. It's pretty inexpensive, and I think it's on a roll? Because if it were a table I walked by all the time, the cords would drive me NUTS. 😀
@ Desert DIY- Thank you for the live today I had alot of fun and learned some new things too. Love your channel! For anyone that is interested in a homemade cleaning solution that is multi-purpose (windows, walls, bathrooms, counters and yes wood to if you plan to paint it) For an 8oz bottle: 1 part distilled white vinegar to 3 parts water and add a dime size measure of dawn dish soap then shake after putting pump nozzle on. If you would like a little scent to it ( for bathroom cleaning etc.) you can add 5 drops of any of these essential oils : lavender, orange, peppermint, lemongrass & Eucalyptus. These are also antibacterial (lemongrass, peppermint, tea tree & eucalyptus are also antifungal)
@@DesertDIY Thanks for doing the livestream today, I enjoyed every minute of it lol.. Everything looked so nice but just loved that black side table, beautiful work!👍
Mrs here, to see your booth once a month would be good. Loved the fleur-de-lis. I think that if you used the copper rub and buff on the stand it would finish it perfectly and blend in better than the gold.
Love the DIY’s you did this time, so chic looking! I would love to see your booth more often, even though I’m not close enough, but it would still be interesting. Great job today 😊
Beautiful. The only addition I would do is some type of bushy/ferny faux plant on the bottom between the picture and candle towards the back. Find a few faux blue bonnets to intermingle in it. It will make the blue in the painting pop. Great Job!
You need to paint the lantern black with a copper edged patina on lid, to match your other pieces Make a muslin tube long if no sewing machine just use liquid adhesive enough to cover your cords to blend into your wall
I am a big fan of everything you do...I have always loved the thrifting to DIY but watching you turn ugly tables into beautiful furniture pieces is awesome also.
Beautiful! I think the tendency is to automatically do a symmetrical vigneete, like having two matching lamps with two matching topiaries, But I think it looks more elevated when it's a symmetrical with a wider variety of pieces on top. For example, perhaps a larger lamp on one side and on the other side of the table a stack of a couple books with a tray on top with a small floral arrangement, or a candle and snuffer etc.
The black table featuring a stenciled design is stunning! The black painted frame with gold highlight really does the painting justice! I enjoy seeing your booth off and on with the completed pieces staged.
Everything looks so beautiful! I would like to see more tour’s of your booth. I’m sorry I always miss your live videos. Hopefully I will catch the next one. Thanks for sharing, Cory ❤
Oh my gosh you are so right about that black frame bringing out the beautiful colors in the painting. Can you cut off that tag that's on the electrical cord where it plugs in at or do you keep that on I always cut mine off. I'm not sure about the candlestick being right next to the lantern with them both being candles. Wow I loved how the topiary pots turned out. That whole vignette is just beautiful 👍☺️💜 I think that the painting is my favorite and then after that it would be the fleur-de-lis.
Oh I just love the little table with the stencil. Super nice. The frame on the painting 🖼 you restored really did make the colours pop on the painting itself. Can’t wait to see more.
I didn’t think I would like this color theme because the black sounded too dark & harsh. I was wrong. Everything looks great! If I lived near you, I would buy that little table myself. The stencil on the black is gorgeous! Great video.
I loved the entryway, it turned out nice. The little table too, when you painted over the middle portion I wondered what you were going to do. But that stencil was perfect.
Revamping the frame for the painting turned out so nice!! What an awesome deal on the lamps!! The new shades were perfect and made the lamps look so grand!! I love seeing your shop and how you display your finds!!
thank you for your videos I enjoy them . I think there is still an empty space on the table and i suggest that you can add a black garland to your decoration and it would be perfect .
The little black table is so pretty. The stencil gives it so much character. I love small tables. They are so useful.and a pretty place to highlight a pretty object.
I love all of the things that you did for your van yet in your foyer! Your friend Gerri and that’s a truth there’s not one I could pick over the other! Thank you so much for sharing
I loved the hallway table and how you decorated it. I would like to see your booth occasionally but I love the shops and flips. It is also nice to see how you choose the things to decorate a piece with but are happy to change things around if you think it will give a better look. I would never have thought of putting the shield under the clock but it really sets off the table there. Thank you for sharing part of yourself with us.
I love the little table you re-finished. The stencil on top makes it look so expensive. I would love to see more of your shop, how you price your items, and how much re- selling brings in for you. Thanks. I love your work.
Your vignette was fabulous!!! My favorite was the bluebells...be sure to check her pictures on line before selling.... I would luv to see your store!!! You are so personable and your vids make me happy!!! I have much black in my home which is thrifted and I know it looks like I've been to high end stores to find it!!! Try painting your front door black!!!! I did and it is a statement for sure!!!!
I would like to see your booth. I always love to see how you put your vignette together. Your style is so lovely but also practical. Homes are made to live in, and with four children, you "gotta keep it real."
Yes, I would love to see your booth. I enjoy the pictures you post on Facebook! I love those tables and clock!
Thank you! I'll be sure to show more
Yes pls, put more videos of your booth! ❤
Great job using black to compliment all of your pieces!!! Personally I think the round Fleur de lis tray would look better on the bottom because the clock is also round. Maybe I’d switch it with the painting. Just personal preference😁👍
Love the black gave a more expensive look. ❤
I would just move to the side instead of in the middle,I agree to keep it on the top shelf.
The black really brings out the painting - the artist would be so pleased
I hope so! Thank you!
My dear I'm in shock !!! Put the picture on the easel on the left to cover the outlet and cords. You are very talented is why I was surprised.
I was surprised that you put the candle on the underneath side of the table as well. There's no way you could like that candle without it burning the table!
Also, I'm not crazy about the round fleur-de-lis directly under the round clock. I think a different shape like a square would do better why don't you just put the picture on top of the table?

I just love the black table. The stencil fits so well with the shape of the table. I think black anchors everything.
Love it!! ❤
Thank you! I agree about it being an anchor

I love watching you paint furniture. Small tables are my jamb!
I like seeing our booth!! I live in FL, so I feel your "hurricane pain!"

I would love to see your booth more and my favorite was the Fleur-de-lis. I love the copper rub n buff on the black!

The lamp shades are so perfect for those black lamps! ❤ The gold and copper Rub 'n Buff made all the difference for the picture frame

I love watching you take trash to treasure! Most are not my style, but your creativity is addicting! I watch your whole videos every time!❤️
I really like the original painting of the blue bonnets the best! Updating the frame made the picture so much better. Thanks

Those topiary pots were PERFECT the way they were with your vignette the way they were. It needed that color
